Vivian is a vampire royalty and has a younger twin sister named Verdana, but because of mixed up genetics with their mother being a vampire queen and their father being a human king, Vivian inherited more towards her mother's genetics of a vampire, and Verdana inherited more towards her father's genetics of a human being.
Elaine was a human bitten by a vampire. She was a vampire hunter before, and she knew Vivian in her human years when Vivian saved her one night and just never saw her again up until she became a vampire.
I might as well write a story about it, who knows.
And yes, they're somewhat inspired by the Victorian Era.
