Chapter 1 - Sweet Smile [Revised]

Bullet's PoV

"We're here." my dad just said as he stopped the car. Buo kaming pamilya na pumunta dito, for one important reason.

"Dong, sure ka ba na nandito talaga siya?" my mom asked. Based on her expression she's excited but nervous as well. Sino bang hindi? Lahat kami iisa lang ang gusto.

"Yes wife so calm down already okay?" sagot ni dad kay mom saka bumaba ng kotse para pagbuksan ng pinto si mom. "You three, you better get your asses off."

"You're so harsh dad." Trigger, my younger brother said sabay baba ng kotse. Sumunod na rin ako pero si Caliber di parin bumababa.

"Dito lang muna ako dad." sabi ni Caliber. "Nasa ibang lugar tayo, baka macarnap itong kotse pag naiwan mag-isa, kawawa naman-aw!" napatigil siya ng batukan siya ni Trigger.

"Ano ka ba Trigg? Sabi ni mom matutong magtipid di ba? Ang mahal kaya ng kotse tapos kahit madami tayong ganun-" Napatigil sila ng may marinig kaming kasa ng baril.

"Stop that nonsense or else I'll shoot you both." dad said in iritated look. Those fvcking glare can already kill us.

"Dong!" saway na tono ni mom.

Pumasok na kami sa bahay-ampunan. Tama, orphanage ang ipinunta namin dito sa Japan. Why? Because we want her back. We want our little sister back.

As I grew up in this kind of world nalaman ko ang tungkol sa Mafia. We are all part of Mafia, Roswell-Ferrer and even my aunts and uncles. I understood more and more of our situation and eventually nalaman kong kaya pala ayaw nila pumunta ng vacation noon kasi may info na may tumatarget samin. So its not an accident afterall. I asked my dad who they are but he refused to answer me directly.

"Yeah." I replied. Why do I overthink too much? Di ko namalayang nandito na kami sa office ng director nitong orphanage.

"Good Morning Mr. and Mrs. Rowsell. I suppose you're here for.." bati ng director pero pinutol siya ni mom.

"Where's my daughter?" Maluha-luhang tanong ni mom. Alam naming lahat na sinisisi niya ang sarili niya bakit nawala si Katana samin. 17 years. Siya kasi ang may hawak kay Katana nung nangyari ang insidente but for me, it's my fvcking fault for throwing tantraums kung di kami magbabakasyon. Yeah. I have this fvcking guilt inside me, dwelling inside my heart for 17 years.

"Relax wife." awat ni dad kay mom saka bumaling sa director. "We lost our daughter when she was still 5months old so we need some proofs."

"As you requested Mr. Roswell, we already conducted the DNA Test.." may inabot na folder yung director kay Dad. "It's stated there that its 99.8 match to your DNA."
