It's been a year now
Many things changed, aarohi who went to start a fresh never returned back or called anybody, every month akshar received a mail from arohi telling she is well , never asking hows is family but knowing well she want to know, so aaksra tells ever detail in her email that's how they are in contact with aarohi through akshu.

Goenka's thought to meet her so they even went mumbai to hospital a year ago come latter from but got to know aarohi declined the offer and know one know where is she..

But the biggest change was in bade papa he was not that strong man anymore he is silent and, calm, no one is happy they surly miss their aaru, and hopes one day things will be sorted between them and aaru

Abira got married, it's been 6 month they got married living a happy life, akshu even send a mail to aaru in hope that maybe she come to attend her wedding but aaru didn't come but she did send lots of gifts. And sorry for not able to come as she was lead a important case for first time and it was necessary for her to be there until the patient recovers fully.

After akshara's wedding mimi health was not well, and now day by day her health was getting worse. Family asked akshara to not to inform about it to aaru as she Will get worried and they really don't want her to be worried because of them anymore,

Neil where as would keep himself bussy with his company, he is still some, creepy, joyful, for others but inside he really wanted to know about aarohi he would never ask about her to akshara like others would but would always keep his ears open just to here about her. He was worried for her just like others, but way, this was his question to himself, because she was not close to him, they don't even share any bond, they had hardly talked, still neil was worried for her,..

"Abhi, tum itni jaldi kyun ut gaye, abhi tho aaye they hospital se, so jao na thoda or varna tumhe kuda doctor ki zarurat pad jayegi.. " Akahu spoke while entering the room and seeing abhi woke up just within an hour,
" Tho tum ho na meri gharelu doctor, tum kis kaam augi, or vase bhi mai thoda time baad vapis soo jaunga, abhi tum mimi se milne jaogi tho mai bhi chalta hun sath mai unko check bhi kar lunga, or car mai so bhi lunga," Abhi explained his idea to aksu to which she nodded in yes. And hugged him saying thank you for always there for her and her family which is now his too .
"Bhabhi" Neil entered calling akshu bit stop finding them hugging each other, he really adore them, but they heard his voice and separated from hug.
" Ha neil, bolo" Spoke akahu , it really took time time for akshu and neil to adjust with this "bhabhi"  Instead of akshraa as neil was 2 years older then akshu but relationship wise he was younger to her but whatever he called her before akahra or now bhabhi, the bond of this two joyful people only got better.
" Vo aapko goenka house jana hai naa tho socha aapko chod ta hova jaun , raste mai hi padta hai naa goenka House, " Neil said .
" Badiya, mast Neil, chalo fir sath mai hi chalte, is hi bhane petrol bachega Or pollution kam hoga, chalo chalo, " Abhi said playfully pushing both akshu and neil out of door , and making them laugh at him.
They were in car neil was driving and abhi was setting near him, akshu at back.
" Vase kab tak aayega vapis kolkata se? Abhi akshed neil seriously,
" Kam ktam hote hi bhai" Neil replied.
" Tere se better tho meri ye doctor ki life hai atleast mujhe ider uder jana tho nahi padta, " Abhi said complaining making both akshu and Neil laugh at his werid claim
" Bahi kab gaya mai, ider uder, itna tho hota hi hai naa, aap tho 2 din tak ghar nahi aate apne is doctor ki life mai atleast mai so tho pata hun chain se " Or mai saal mai 3-4 baar hi jata hun vo bhi 3-4 di ke liya usme bhi aapko complain karna hai, mai karne baithana aapse complain to aap thak jaaoge sunte sunte, karun.? Neil spoke making abhi understand and as well challenging him. To which abhi shut his mouth. As he knows neil is right .
" Kya hova doctor shab bolti band kardi mere daver ne aapki " Akshu teased Abhi joining hands with neil as always, this was something she loved the most teasing abhi with neil,
" Ruko dum dono, bhot maza aata hai na tum dono ko, mera bhi din aayega dekna, "abhi said like a child giveing two another reason to laugh at him.

After reaching goenka neil went towards his destination where as abhi, and akshu went to meet mimi, only to here aarus name from her mouth after a year, she and badepapa had stop talking her name after she left not because of anger, but because of guilt. She wanted to know how was aaru, to which akahra told her that she is fine, abhi checked mimi and inform others to take care of her

Kairav who always keep himself bussy with work, not asking for help and working as much time as he can was his routine, akshra would never find him at home, he would always be at office, he was always there for akshra, every week he would personally come and meet Akshara, he talk to her would have heart to heart conversation with her, its just that he would not be at home, when she would vist like he would be year ago but still he would take out a time to meet Akshara, his love and care for akshra didn't change but his life is changed..
Some with vansh he too would keep himself bussy with his restaurant but both her brother never back of from their duty towards family Akshara or anybody , it was just that they make themselves busy that they don't have time to think or even to remember Aarohi because if they did they would break..
