Maybe if I had told father about my quirk before then Shoto wouldn't have been the one to suffer. I would have. Stupid Fuyumi! Why didn't I tell!?
My fists clenched as I accidentally burn my hand on the pan. I wince. Woman up! I tell myself. Burning myself again, on purpose this time.
A few tears splash down my cheeks. "Fuyumi?" A tired voice says behind me. I wipe my tears and turn around, smiling brightly at my tired brother.
"Hey, Natsu. You're awake early. It's only 6 AM." I say, smiling. "You're always up early anyways." He says. I don't reply.
"What's for breakfast? I'm starving." He says, exaggerating his hunger. I giggle at his behaviour and hand him a bowl of noodles. He grins.
He pauses for a second and puts the bowl of noddles down. He gently grabs my wrist and looks at the burn marks. "You're so clumsy." He teases as I roll my eyes at him.
"Anyways the food looks so good!" He says and grabs his noodle bowl. He walks to the living room to eat. I sigh as I realise he forgot the chopsticks. I get them and give it to him. "Oops-" he laughs and takes them from me.
I smile and walk back into the kitchen, tying my hair up into a bun. I put a bowl of noodles into the fridge since Shoto always eats it cold.
I decide to go for a morning walk for mindfulness even though I haven't eaten anything.
"I'm going for a walk, tell Shoto his noodles are in the fridge." I say, smiling fakely at Natsuo who nods in response.
I wear a coat, pretty sure it belonged to Touya. I pull up my boots and sigh sadly as I get out of the house.
Tears dripping down my face as I walk in the rain, they blend in perfectly.
