(Y/N) was an average person. Staying out of trouble, keeping up with their responsibilities in life, and just overall trying to enjoy it. What if they come across an obstacle one day and find out aliens were real?

There was darkness all around you. The sounds of birds singing and other animals living in their natural habitat... Wait... What? You sat up immediately, your eyes flying open. The sight of greenery made you tense up. This wasn't your bedroom or the area you lived in. It resembled some sort of rainforest that would be in an alien film.
Slowly, you got up while steadying your breathing. You needed to stay calm, that's what other people would do, right? You couldn't help but sweat from the anxiety tugging at you. None of it looked familiar. Not even pictures you could see online looked like this place. Eventually, you decided to travel a bit.
"Maybe I can reach the end... Then I can see where I am.." You muttered to yourself, gently dusting off some of the debris of the floor off your bottom and, what you could reach, back. As you walked, you pull out your phone to check if you had any signal. Not much to your surprise, you had none. You sigh, trying to mess with your phone to somehow get a bar of signal as if what you were doing would even work.
About an hour passes, and you reach the edge of the "alien forest." Now you were faced with a cliff, which upon expection you could not climb down without falling to your demise.
You sigh again, now growing irritated with your situation before something catches your eye in the sky. Was that... Two moons? "What the fuck?" You said out loud before whipping around from the noise of tree branches rustling as if something jumped up on one. There wasn't any wind, so that wasn't the case. And surely you were going crazy just yet.
"Hello?" You called out, cursing at yourself internally afterward. After no immediate response, you let out the breath of air you were holding while waiting. "Shit..." You comb back your hair with your fingers as you look around yourself once again, trying to think of what to do.
"Hel-loo?" A voice called from the forest, noticeably close to you. "What the fuck-!" You jump back dangerously close to the edge of the cliff. This catches your attention and causes you to glance back, your heart pounding.
Once again, silence. Maybe you were going crazy. Maybe this was all a dream. I mean, this whole situation wasn't normal. This obviously wasn't earth but at least the air was breathable.
As you began to calm down, your heart begins to race once again when you catch something moving in the forest for a quick second. Absentmindedly, you take another step back but immediately regret it. The sensation of falling back makes a short yell for help escape from you. You close your eyes, expecting to fall to your death. To hit the ground any moment now... But it never came.
After coming back from your senses, you notice the new tightness of your shirt. Someone was grabbing it, stopping you from falling. Slowly, you peek open your eyes to set eyes on a pink... Person? Dragon? Alien. A pink alien dragon person, yeah.
She tilts her head at you, curiosity in her eyes and no sign of aggression. If she wanted you to die she probably wouldn't have caught you. "Hel-loo!" She says, the same voice you heard come from the forest.
Carefully, she brings you towards her, making you throw your arms in front of your face, readying to weakly block any sort of blow. But again, that never came.
She was noticeable very gentle with you, despite her very large size. She was easily over 7 feet. Hell, easily over 10 feet. Her green eyes stared at you with wide eyes, which was a bit uncomfortable but at least she didn't eat you.
Once she made sure you were away from the cliff she spoke again with her broken English and strong, unfamiliar accent. "Oo-man?" She points at you, tilting her head curiously again.
"Oo-? Oh. Human? Yeah, I'm.. Uh, a human." You said awkwardly. You were confused about this whole situation and to top it all off, aliens were real! "Who are you?" You asked, pointing at her and hoping she would understand.
Her eyes snapped down at your tiny finger before lighting up. "Me?" She patted her chest twice and moved to sit on her heels. "Nikita." She said easily, smiling down at you.
You felt yourself relax a bit from her smile. She was big, had sharp teeth, and could easily strike you down but she didn't bring any harm to you. You patted your chest twice, copying her. "(Y/N)."
"Oooh..." She attempted to sound out your name, taking a moment before pronouncing it. It was a bit wrong, but it'll do. Once you nodded at her pronunciation she clapped her hands and laughed.
"Where iss (Y/N) trii-be?" She asked. Your tribe? Family maybe? You furrowed your eyebrows at her question for a moment but decided to keep that information classified.
"My tribe is uhh... Well, I don't have one." You replied, putting your hands in your pockets and shrugging. She looked shocked by your response and then concerned.
"No trii-be? Alone?" She asked, looking even more concerned for you. "Yeah," you said, "it really isn't a big d-.. DEAL??" You were caught off guard from being suddenly picked up.
You ripped your hands out of your pockets to hold on tightly to Nikita, who was now walking somewhere with you held by her arm. "Nikita?! Where are you-.."
She cut you off. "My trii-be. (Y/N)'s too." Wait... What? Was she seriously taking you in? A human? What if the others like her weren't as friendly. Anxiety tugged at you again as you attempted to stop her by convincing her it was okay and that you didn't need one but she insisted.
"Mine now! My oo-man to... Protect!" She giggled, smiling down at you as you both went further into the forest...
( A/N // This will most likely be a slow burn and soon I will provide more images of Nikita. As for now, have this picture of her below! ART BY ME )
