It was 7am in the morning and Stolas walked into octavias room to leave her a note before he left his house for the day.
Octavias POV
I woke up to the sound of my alarm beeping.
(It was 9am it was then I had realised it was my first day at my new job and I was 1 hour late)
I got out of my bed to see a note next to my alarm clock I looked at the note and it said

I've had to go to work early so I won't be home till late
Your breakfast is on the kitchen worktop and you also have to meet an old friend of yours She is a hellhound and will meet u at the cafe around the corner from our house

(Octavias pov)
I was very curious who the hellhound was but I just decided to get ready for work instead.
I put on my work uniform and made sure to sneak out the house while my mother was in her bedroom
I ran to the kitchen and grabbed my breakfast
I snatched it from the counter and ran out of the house and bolted towards my work.
Once I had entered my new work which was one of the many stripper clubs that Valentino owns I ran up to the cashier and apologised for being so late and told him why I was late
He said it was fine and it will slide because it was my 1st day at work and I thanked him and ran to my changing room and put on
