Party! [ Kiibo + Ibuki ]

Ibuki had invited Kiibo to her birthday party, and since all of his friends were going, that meant he had to go too otherwise Kokichi and Miu would nag him about it.

So he reluctantly told the professor, who encouraged him to go and enjoy himself, and got ready, because it was tonight.

Now, why didn't Ibuki tell him about this earlier? Kiibo didn't know.

The reason Kiibo disliked parties was because his hearing was very good, which amplified sounds so he could hear better than the average person, so loud music was his worst enemy.
And this couldn't be easily modified.
Sadly.

"Kiibo!"
Shuichi called, waving.

"Ah, Hi, Shuichi! How are you?"
He asked as Kokichi ran up to them.

"I'm good, a bit nervous, but good!"
He chuckled a bit, his eyes averted to the side.

"Hi Kiiboy..!~"
Kokichi squealed, hugging the robot.

"Hello, Kokichi!"
He exclaimed, Ouma smiled brightly and released his grip.

"How are ya?"
He asked, putting both hands behind his back and tilting his head.

"I'm good— AAH-"

Ibuki jumped on the robot from behind.

"Hellooooo!! Thank you for coming to Ibuki's birthday!!"
She greeted, Kiibo sighed in relief as Kokichi laughed his ass off and Shuichi chuckled.

"H-hi—"
Kiibo stuttered, still a bit startled as Ibuki jumped off the robot.

"Lets go inside!!"
Ibuki squealed happily, grabbing the trio's arms and pulling them inside.

"Wowwwieee. This place is awesome!"
Kokichi gasped, running off to say hello to Kaede (his gf😱😱) and Rantaro.

This place looked more like a club than a house..
It had those purple lights, the roof was very high, there were two floors and it probably held almost the entire school inside of the house without the issue of being crammed.

"Wow.. this is incredible!"
Shuichi complimented, Ibuki put her hands on her hips proudly and chuckled.

"Hehe! Thank you Shuichi!"
She giggled.

"You're welcome."
Shuichi mumbled.

Kiibo's ears were already ringing and he couldn't hear much but the music and screaming.

"Is Kiibo okay?"
Ibuki pointed to him, keeping her voice lower so that only Shuichi could hear her.

"Ah, yeah- Kiibo just has really good hearing so the music is probably too loud for him to hear anything, his ears are sensitive in a way."
He chuckled a bit awkwardly, Ibuki made an 'ohhh' sound and ran off somewhere..?

"Uhh.. Okay.."
Saihara mumbled..

"Kiibo? You okay?"
Shuichi turned to him, asking worriedly.

Kiibo looked at him and, assuming that he asked if he was ok, nodded, since he couldn't hear anyways.

The music got softer, less loud, now it sounded like background music, and everyone seemed to notice.

Shuichi smiled softly.

"Ibuki's back!"
She announced proudly, both Shuichi and Kiibo looked back now.

"Is Ibuki's music too loud still?"
She asked Kiibo, Kiibo immediately shot up and looked at Shuichi angrily.

"Yes.. Thank you so much, you really didn't have to—"

"Nonsense! Ibuki wants everyone to feel comfortable at her party!"
Mioda cut him off, hugging him.
Kiibo hugged back, giving Shuichi a bit of a stare.

The party was now over, it was much
more enjoyable than it would've been with loud music blaring in his ears.

"Why did you tell her??"
The robot asked, a bit angrily, Shuichi shrugged.

"She asked if you were okay, I wanted to make sure you would have fun anyways so.."
He mumbled, sounding apologetic.

"That was very kind of you.. Thank you."
Kiibo sighed, putting his hand on his shoulder.

"I just didn't want to ruin the mood.."
Kiibo murmured.

"I'm sure you didn't."

Kiibo was at his locker when Ibuki ran up to him hurriedly.

"Kiibo! Kiibo! Ibuki has to talk to you!"
She exclaimed, looking worried.

"Ah- Is everything okay?"
He asked, grabbing his book out.

"No! Ibuki apologizes for all her other parties with loud music! I'm super duper duper sorry!"
She apologized, Kiibo shut his locker and smiled politely.

"Don't worry, you didn't know."
Kiibo chuckled.

Ibuki hugged him tightly, tighter than Kokichi's hugs, and continued apologizing.

"Ibuki- It's alright- Really-"

"PLEASE FORGIVE IBUKI!!"

"I forgive you! I promise! It's ok!"
