Bound To Fall In Love

My alarm got of 06:30 am again. But I snoozed to 07:45 am because I was up to late. But the whole time I snoozed I couldn't get Lando of my head. I twisted and turned to try to get him of my thouths, and to tried to sleep again. I didn't worrk and all I could think of was the fairytale moment we had yesterday. I hope it happens more but not to much as it could ruin our careers. I fighted so much to be where i am today, I didn't want to loose all that.

I crawled out of bed and went to the window and opened up the curtains. It was another beautiful day. I went to the suitcase and checked for clothes to wear. checked for a long time and couldn't find anything, I didn't want to have the same outfit as I wore yesterday. I was thinking about just taking a Mercedes merched hoodie and a pair of light blue jeans. So I did. It wasn't that pretty but I was tired and exhausted already. I sat down at the sofa and watched some TV.

I made my way out of my hotel room, as I heard footsteps behind me. I thought i was going to die or something. I felt a slight hand touching my arm. I flinched and looked up.

L/h- "Oh, sorry didn't mean to scare you. Are you heading down for breakfast?"

Y/n- "No it's fine Lew, yea im heading down"

L/h- "Care if I join?"

Y/n-  "Don't be silly!" 

I nudged him a little in the side. We made our way down to the lobby and chatted the whole way.

When we got down to the breakfast, we were greeted by some teams and people. I spotted Lando across the room and our eyes met and the world stopped.

L/h-  "So... What did you want to eat?"

He brought me back to reality. He smiled.

Y/n- "What ever my digestian let me eat"

We laughed a little. I looked over at Lando again to see a slight disappointment look while he picked at his food. I felt bad to see him like that. I looked back and took some food that i knew i could have. I didn't take much, but it din't matter for me. I could see in Lewis eyes that he cared but didn't want it  bring it up. Couple years erlier I would have thought he looked like that because i had too much food but i know now it was because it was a pretty empty plate. But I couldn't bring me to get more food.

L/h- "So, Where do you want to sit?" 

He knew how to bring me back from my thoughts with no questions about them.

Y/n- "hmm... I dont know...." 

I searched the room with my eyes and knew exactky where i wanted to sit. I hoped Lando would wave us over or something. But that wouldn't happen.

L/h- "Wait, i know" 

He started to walk through the dinning. He put his plate down and sat down at a table.

L/h-"Hey lad, okay if we sit down?"

L/n- "Ofc mate!" 

It was Landos voice and i felt a smile spread over my mouth. I looked up and our eyes met for a quick second. I sat down at the table aswell. I picked in my food as we all sat in silence.
