It's hard being a mage mainly because of the stress you receive, it's a difficult type of art that some may never acquire. I myself am a high ranking mage in the student's academy of Plague. It's the only school that mage's can go to, that is if you're good enough to make it to the academy. It's never been my goal to come here or accomplish certain things. I'm just trying to make my parents proud, and show them that if they were here they'd be proud supporters of my work. It's hard knowing I'll never see them again, afterall the past is the past but it's hard to move on, y'know. It's difficult processing that I feel like it's my fault on how they died. When I was little I had a rough life, I was poor. Everyone in my school would tear me down, bit by bit. Until I had nothing to give, but ignorance and in-profitability. It made me hate school, despise it actually. My parents tried to motivate me but nothing seemed to work, and before I knew it. My parents were gone...Vanished... They loved me, so much, And I was to foul..to stupid, ignorant, beweilered, blind-sighted... I had a chance to make them happy, I just couldn't accept the fact that I was picked on for living a normal life, I guess strange is not the best for humans. I was born with a charm you see?- A mage's charm which only I carry, it's a decedent trait that was passed on generation after generation. I'm not sure what it does, but it carries lots of power in it. I even have a big tattoo on my chest on where it is. My parents always told me to hide it, and keep it a secret which I have. My parents were the best, they cared. But they tried to make a living for us, till one day. They were put into debt, they needed money to support and feed, me putting me into certain schools on which I could make a living. I was to blind to see that they cared for me even through my rebelious teen-age stages. The only reason why they needed that check was so they could feed me, it was a debt on which we couldn't pay. My mother and my father were killed, slaughtered in my own home as I was at school. I came home when I was just 14. I saw everything... I was just astonished, I can't process this. I can't make it through life. That day, I went to the back my father and mother knew this was going to happen and stored money for me to go to college. Since I had no money, I had no choice but to bury them in my backyard, I said my good-byes, and cried. Having no one in my life I went and lived nowhere. Going to school nasty and dirty. Filthier than ever, no-one cared for me other than myself. Every night when I slept in the forest, I felt lost.. abandoned.. forgotten.. I just wish I could have gone into the past, and changed myself. Not putting them into this situation. Reading my mother's diary I had taken from her room, I softly cried every night. Until I came upon my charm she had written about it, every-day. It said, "The Charm Of The Mage, is such a powerful charm, only my daughter has it. I'm thankful she's in my life. I can't wait to teach her so many new things. And the perks that come along with it. She doesn't know the power she carries. It's truly sensational, and crazy. She can charm animals, spirits, demons, kings, queens and all sorts of other things. Though I need to level her up. I'm unfamiliar with this, she'd have to go to the mage's college and study how to cast spells and kill enemies gaining experience from them. The higher level the better." Opening my mouth I stared at the paper, thinking to myself. "Wow, this is why I was born. This is what my charms do, but how do I use them". Continuing with life, passing my classes with my own motivation, I go to the mage's college years later down the road. Which leads me to where I am now.
Hi, I'm Ayla Caskcut age 19,. I'm a formal mage of Plague's Advance Mage Schools, I myself have worked hard to get here. With "Blood, sweat and tears", Literally. Being top in all my classes, I advanced levels, overtime I got experience. This is my second year of college. I'm starting fresh. WIth makes me a Sophomore in College, I'm known as "Ayla The Remedy Girl", I'm mainly a healer, but I can cast many destructive spells. It's the perk with being lvl. 69 It's a very high level to reach. Along the way I figured out that when mages die, we don't actually die-- Our bodies, just leave our soul till someone heals us or, the college pays funds to get us out, Friends or family pay a 10,000$ fine, Each death- Which in mage's college people get insanely rich here. We don't ever leave campus. Because of dragons, mages and sorcerers that lurk in the forest. They think that everyone strives for slaying the Golden-Griffon.
