He sat up grabbing his boxers and shorts he put his clothes on standing up he looked over to josh getting dressed

Josh-Sorry mully..

Mully-Don't say sorry if you don't mean it

His face was blank he grabbed his phone walking towards the door he opened it stoping

Mully-Goodbye josh...

He walked out the door he walked down the hall and down stairs he opened a door to his in door gym he set his stuff down as he started to tear up his eyes watering he started to break down he started to hit a punching bag with all his force he continued to hit it until his knuckles were bloody and cut he fell down to his knees crying

Mully-Fuck..

He spoke quietly

Mully-FUCK!

He yelled the whole house echoed he stood up wiping his tears he went to the gym office room he went to the sink running water he slowly rinsed his knuckles off he winced with pain he washed them off  he shut the water off as he opened a cabinet taking a white and black wrap out he wrapped his hand in black then white he then wrapped the other one he went back over to the punching bag hitting it over and over he felt pain in his knuckles over time the pain stopped he had hit the same bag for over an hour the white rap on his knuckles now blood red he stopped hitting the bag sitting down taking a breath he grabbed a water bottle next to his phone he took a long sip as he set the bottle down

Alex-Mully..?

Mully-Yeah?

Alex-You ok?

Alex said smoothing as she rounded the corner

Mully-Yea-Yeah I'm fine

Her eyes wandering his body and stopping on his hands

Alex-Oh my god mully your bleeding

Alex walked up to him grabbing his hand she had a concerned Look on her face

Alex-Aye mully what happened

Mully-Alex nothing I'm fine really I just can't feel it

Alex-I don't care where is the med kit

Mully-In the office

Alex left to the office returning with a med kit in hand she opened the kit up setting it on the bench she keeled down un-bandaging his hands his knuckles bloody with cuts and bruises his whole knuckle covered with blood Alex sighed

Alex-You going to tell me what happened?

Mully-I was just letting some anger out

Alex-Some!? Looks like you have a lot of anger

She picked his hand up and grabbed a gauze pad pressing it down on his hand soaking the blood up mully whined in pain as she took it off wrapping it properly
