I would place this character and put it just above the Rose. It's just so bad in my opinion, and it's so hard to make ONE headshot.
Fire Cactus- REALLY boring. Like all cacti. Not much to say about any Cacti really.
Ice Cactus- Also boring nothing good about this-
You know what, I'm not even going to rate the Cacti. That's how terrible they are. The only ones I'll accept is probably Zen Cactus and Future Cactus.
