Does It Have A Plot Or Is It Just Making Fun Of Me

Let's start at the very beginning of this tale, shall we?

Teo, at the ripe old age of twenty, is attending the famous Clown High Schooo and has been for a few years. 

(Firstly, yes, I said Schooo. There was a typo when the school was first created and the principal, for whatever reason, decided to roll with it. 

And secondly, no circus or performing is taught at this school, despite the name. It is merely a very non-prestigous establishment that has somehow coasted under the radar from any educational officials.)

Now, Teo was known to be a loser at school. They were either the type to be forgotten entirely, or bullied relentlessly for their typos (even though Teaching Typos was a class, and they were receiving top marks). 

But everything changed when the most hated student in school, Ōgai Mori, was acting creepy towards Teo in a way that caused them to snap and suffocate him to death with a pillow in the elective Nap Time class. 

The murder of Mori allowed Teo a moment of triumph amongst their peers; a chance at popularity. For a short while, they were known by the other students as a legend. They were seen as cool. 

But. Everything must come to an end. 

And so, with this exposition completed, we come to the start of the new school year. And Teo is a loser once again.

Lucius: They can't drive though.

Lucius: Suck it up. 

Nina: Don't be so mean Lucius! 

Lucius: Fine. I'm sorry. Hope you make it to class on time. There, happy?
