" That thief , Her clothes looks pretty worn out and ragged.. it means two thing, She is from the slums or is hired from the slums" I voiced out my thoughts, Emilia's eyes became downcast at that, Her smile now a down cast frown.

" It isn't that surprising... My appearance and reputation aren't something I'm proud of" she said in a hollow voice

" At this situation , Asking the local merchants should help us. They deals with such kind of peoples all the time" Reinhard makes a good point , It is a bother initially going to the slums without any knowledge or basic lead that can even guarantee that the thief will be there.

" I agree.. Even thought I'm not a intimate to this city, I know a merchant that I met recently. And you both should definitely know many here" I spoke out, holding my chin with my thumb and rubbing it my index finger in a thoughtful expression.

" Erm actually.. Rimuru , I maybe known by all but I am not quite familiar with merchants and such.. Since it was never my work around them, Maids took care of such things for me" Reinhard said , letting out a nervous laugh and rubbing his head.

" I'm also not that familiar here, because of same reason as Reinhard and my appearance..." Emilia shyly said , Twiddling her fingers cutely. I wanted to scream ' Privileged nobles!!" at them honestly

" You both are hopeless" I deadpanned.

" But hey! We got Reinhard's reputation, We could attract the customers by simply introducing Reinhard there! It could act as a gain for the dealer"

I exclaimed happily, trying to cheer up by a bit.

" And I know exactly where the merchant who I'm familiar with is, His name is Kadomon Risch"

" Well then, What are we waiting for?! Let's get going!" Puck shouted enthusiastically. Appearing out of thin air, He took Reinhard by surprise. His eyes widened , His posture broke and he bowed down immediately before puck.

" Esteemed Great spirit! It's an honour to be in your presence, I beg an apology for not noticing you soon!"

It took me out by real surprise, He didn't not react this way towards even Emilia, I know about spirits but not a great spirit, Perhaps it is akin to a Demon lord in this world? Pucks reminds me a little bit of Ramiris.

" Alright! I will only forgave if you protects Lia's with your life in her search" Puck slyly took advantage of the given situation, Despite his cute voice that misprinted his demeanour akin to adorable , He was far from it. He knew that he will make Reinhard less likely to not abandon Emilia for even a second and use his Invincibility to protect Emilia by his life.

" I understand , I will obey your command and protect Emilia-sama even if it costs my life. It is my duty as a royal knight and a promise to a great spirit" Reinhard said with his eyes closed and his hand placed on his chest. He realised the spirit's true intentions.

" That's what I expected for ya! You may rise" Puck said lifting his right hand at the end of sentence to visualise Reinhard's rise , his voice making him seem so innocent.

" And like Puck said, let's get going" Emilia said, determination in her eyes from the support of Reinhard and Puck, she was going to retrieve her insignia no matter what!

SCENE CHANGE    

Walking in the lanes of the roads, I and Reinhard turned around back as a barely audible crying sound hit our ears. We both looked in the direction it was coming from ,It was from the parallel side we were heading towards. Both me and Reinhard stopped in our tracks , Making Emilia and Puck look towards us , brows furrowed.
