I subconscious activated it seeing the danger Reinhard possesses, It would be unwise to go of against him at such raw thoughts.

I searched every corner of my mind , Imagining the outcomes and consequences of even a single change of word or even thoughts. Ramming the possibilities inside the possibilities that a single second passed in the real world as I sensed a slight change in Reinhard's posture.

He was appearing more tense , his head has sweat formed and was clenching his knuckles, He was failing to read my mind I see.

At this rate , There is a 38.587% chance a fight will break out.

" But unfortunately, I accidentally went too far" I manipulated my emotions to make it appear like I'm actually feeling more guilt and grief. The little tricks seems to be working as Reinhard's expression softened, Possibility acknowledging that as an accident and act of self-defence.

This managed to erect a soft smile on my face, having Emilia defending me is a good thing , Since she stands a higher Position than Reinhard, He is more likely to believe her.

I gave up on my pride and apologised to Emilia, and now She is helping me from her side, Karma truly does exists.
