it was very visible by how the demon slayers gets injured every seconds. each of you was now covered with blood and sweat

“look closely at his body!” gyomei shouted, you obliged for it could be a help to find a way to kill the progenitor of demons

“does your vision change? the rest of you can try it too! does he look transparent?” you stopped for a second and focus on muzan, your eyes widen afterwards

“what is this? for a moment, i could see through him?...”

in one snap, a loud sound was heard as the ground shakes. what they saw next terrified everyone

everyone splash out everywhere besides kanao. gyomei lose his leg and giyu lose his arm. lucky for you and sanemi because you both didn't lose any limbs but was immobile and unconscious because of the impact and the blood lost

“take care of her” the kakushi quickly nods their head multiple times

“yes, of course!” tanjiro stands up to face muzan again

“you look positively awful, tanjiro kamado. this way, it's hard to tell which one of us is the demon.” muzan said emotionless

“you make my skin crawl” muzan could see yoriichi by tanjiro

“let's finish this, muzan”

“IGURO-SAN...” tanjiro mumbled after you catch him because he lost his balance when muzan attacked him, for the minutes that you were passed out, tanjiro battles with muzan

“n-no way... this... can't be real...” sanzu said in an almost whisper way, bonten couldn't accept and believe what they're seeing right now

“y/n's.... y/n's sight is now gone” your eyes are now injured, your face have cuts, from your forehead down to your eyes down to your cheeks

“i h-have money. y/n can go to surgery after this, i will fucking bring her sight back, i don't fuckin' care how much it will cost, millions, billions, let it be.” rindou gritted clenched his teeth, there are tears on the side of his eyes

“why do i feel like i'm slowly losing you?” rindou shakes his head to brush that thought, he hates himself for even thinking that he'll lose you

the others could only sigh in sadness, they are very sad too that you've lost your eyesight and you're now completely blind

they can't accept the fact too that they will never see your beautiful dual color eyes ever again. but like rindou, they are more than willing to pay the world's best doctor to bring back your eyesight

money will never be a problem when it comes to you

“my right eye was weak in the first place, i could hardly see” you replied, you really hate the fact that you just lose your eyesight, but you can't think of that now

“i don't need your help, i have kaburamaru” you added, kaburamaru hisses. you're still holding tanjiro while you're dodging muzan's tentacles

“you've recovered right? i'm letting go” you won't deny that you're struggling, completely losing your eyesight was a big inconvenience for you, especially that you're fighting the king of demons

after you dropped tanjiro, muzan quickly went to you. he's might be thinking that you're now more easy to kill since you can't see anything

thanks to kaburamaru, he alerted you when muzan attacked you with his tentacles, you dodged that but it hits the building and the impact sent you flying above

“she should stop fighting now! she have lost her eyesight, that's very dangerous!” koko said worried

“you can't stop her.” they looked at uzui who's just inches away from them

“iguro is very loyal and dedicated to the organization. we all are, but she's just different. i know... i just know that she'll fight to death” uzui could remember your words after his fight with the upper moons six

“the snake is letting him know the situation? that sort of animal... can read my attack?” muzan frowned, he's mad at the fact that he can't kill you even tho you're now blind and vulnerable

you and tanjiro attacked in the same time, just like earlier, muzan completely dodged both attacks.

“i can't believe i can't kill a human that injured. the effect of aging drug, i still can't break it down, i'm slowly losing my own strength while trying to reclaim it.” muzan hissed

later on, wounds starts to appear on muzan's body. tanjiro quickly recognized it as yoriichi's cuts from hundred years ago

“FORTY MINUTES UNTIL DAWN!” the crow announced while dropping the papers seal, tanjiro quickly picked them up before he notices that muzan is now running away

muzan even trampled on the corps' fallen members. tanjiro ran after him angrily, he also picks up the swords of fallen members and threw it to muzan, some of them pierced thorough muzan's body

“he ran away! iguro-san, muzan fled!” you hissed at what tanjiro said and starts running too, kaburamaru guided you

you jumped high and landed on muzan's back, your nichirin blade pierced through his chest. it didn't last long and you fell from muzan's back

tanjiro quickly dashed towards you and handed you the seals that you can use

“iguro-san, here! take these! you'll be able to share kaburamaru's sight” before tanjiro could give you the seals, muzan immediately move to stop it

you without eyesight is already hard to kill, how about more with eyesight again.

muzan's tentacles hits you and tanjiro, you got hit on your stomach, the cut immediately spluttered bloods on the ground. tanjiro released the seals because of the attack, he tried to catch those but he can't

“iguro-san, jump three long strides to the right!” tanjiro instructed, you quickly obliged and did what he have said. you know that you need to trust him

“get them, kaburamaru!” because you can't see anything, you have left everything to kaburamaru. and kaburamaru didn't failed you, he was able to catch the seals

kaburamaru quickly placed it on your forehead and on his. you smiled a little when you can now see what kaburamaru could see

“tanjiro... thank you.”
