Billy pov

I slowly wake up and was greeted by harsh bright lights Stu was next to me asleep and holding my hand.
I looked around to see if anyone was there before I kissed his hand

Billy: I love you Stu

Stu slowly wakes up and his eyes bright when he saw me

Stu: Billy! I thought I almost lost you!
He kisses me I was shocked at first but I slowly kiss back

Stu: I love you Billy I love you so much. He smiles at me I smile back

Billy: I love you too Stu you mean a lot to me.
Stu hugs me and I hug back being in his warm arms in a cold hospital room was everything I needed I wanted all of his attention.

Stu pov

It felt great to have Billy in my arms

Stu: you should be able to leave the hospital soon! You can stay with me and my parents while we look for a house!

Billy nodded at me he gave me weak smile I could tell that something was bothering him.

Stu: Are you okay babe?

Billy: Yeah- I am just tired and feel weak..

Stu: Well I will let you sleep let me just make a quick call to my parents.

He nodded at me and closed his eyes with a small smile 

It felt good to know that I only get to see this side of Billy not even his old girlfriend got to see him like this!

I finally found a phone at the hospital and made a quick call

Sometime later

I told them everything that happened and where me and Billy are at. They were happy to let me bring Billy home when he gets out of the hospital.
I walked back into the room to see Billy passed out he looked so adorable I love him so much.

A week later

Billy pov

It finally had been a week and I got to go home I have been in just a little pain but nothing much
Stu pulled up next to me in his car
Stu: Hey cutie need a ride?
Billy: oh fuck off
I get into his car and give him a knock it off look

Stu puts his hand on my thigh and rubs it I would be lying if I said I didn't like it

Stu: you are pretty cute want to come home with me? I can show you a good time.

Billy: just fucking drive stu
He laughed and stared to drive to my old house 

We packed up the last of my stuff before it is put up for sale and put it into the car

Billy: thank you Stu I really appreciate it
Stu: no problem cutie
Billy: KNOCK IT OFF STU!
We both started to laugh while he drove me to his house well I guess my house for a while until we buy our own house
