- CHAPTER 22 -

The cat was sweet and often sleeps on top of Kazutora whenever he had the chance, Chifuyu often tells him to not spoil the cat since Peke J at that time was pampered by him

He knew it was because the cat don't often come to Chifuyu anymore after he appeared in the male's life, he remembered how Chifuyu glared at him and didn't talk to him for a week when the cat greeted only him when the both of them arrived home late at night from their usual time together

"I'm not sure either, if he does go missing however... We'll just have to take him home and tell my past self about it"Chifuyu nods

"Ohh, by the way.. Go to our usual meet up place under the bridge at twelve in the afternoon"Kazutora informs with a smile

"Hmm? What for?"Chifuyu asked looking at him with a questioning look

"No reason.."Kazutora shrugs without looking at him

Kazutora didn't notice the subtle frown displaying Chifuyu's face as Kazutora stands up to place the mug in the sink

"I'l be going then, see you there"Kazutora waves as he runs towards the front door

Kazutora pulls out his bike keys from his pockets as he walks towards his bike, he inserts the keys on the ignition unlocking and starting the bike

He already prepared everything in advance and just needed to set everything up, he drives off as he listed the things he needed to do and prepare for the remaining hours that allowed him to before Chifuyu meets up with him

It was Chifuyu's special day today and Kazutora wanted to surprise him, he's been planning to do this for a year but Chifuyu was always busy with toman in the future that the only way they celebrated was by spending the night of Chifuyu's birthday with eating cake

They would also cuddle once they get to bed, Chifuyu tells him that his cuddles will be fine as his gift when Kazutora asked what he wanted when he first spent Chifuyu's birthday with him

He felt like he needed to at least give him something, but Kazutora being Kazutora clueless about Chifuyu's likes and dislikes that time didn't know what to get for him, in the end Kazutora decided to learn how to bake a cake as his gift even if Chifuyu always tells him that his cuddles as his gift was enough

Stopping in front of the cake shop where he commissioned the cake for today, he went in and was greeted by the same employee that greeted him when he first entered the shop

"Mr.Hanagaki, here to pick up your cake?"he nods and walks towards the counter

"Yeah, is it already done?"he asked and the employee nods

"Of course, wait here for a moment sir"the employee nods before disappearing in the back

Kazutora looks around the shop and decided to buy a few of the items displayed for Chifuyu and the teens for later

Once the employee came back, Kazutora points to a few of the treats as he pulls out his wallet

"Bring me two bags of these-actually how much for a box?"he asked changing his mind on just buying a bag to a box

"Depending on how many pieces you want, sir.. Since we have different sizes for the box"the employee replies as he places the box where the cake is stored in front of him
