This method can be used as an awake method or sleep method.
1.Get into a comfortable position and focus on your breathing. Say a couple affirmations of your choice. Try to relax.
Whenever you feel ready go to step
two.
2.Acknowledge that you will shift and try to imagine your "spirit form" detaching from your physical body. May take a few times to clearly see it. Once you've done that I want you to look around your CR bedroom or wherever you're shifting from, take your time with this part.
(The "spirit form" that has left your physical body will be the subconscious mind that goes to the other reality)
3. Go to your nearest doorway(make sure it has a door) open the door and I want you to imagine Space, you'll see the whole universe,stars etc. They'll be a set of white spiral stairs (500 exact)and you'll be at the top of those 500 stairs.
4. Every 5 steps you are gonna stay an affirmation, because you're saying it every 5 steps you should at least be saying 100 affirmations during this part of the method.
5. As you get to the last couple of steps (490) start picturing what the rooms gonna look like when you shift there. When you get to the door of your DR Bedroom I want you to open it.
6. I want you to see yourself in your dr bed sleeping peacefully, go over there's and lay next to your DR self.
Visualise yourself coming together feel the warmth as you become aware of that reality.
7. Start to use your 5 sense.
-What are 5 things you can see?
-What are 4 things you can feel?
-What are 3 things you can hear?
-what are 2 things you can smell?
-What is 1 thing you can taste?
DONT JUST STOP THERE!
Are you wearing nail polish?
What clothes are you wearing?
What hair style are you wearing rn?
Do you have jewellery on?
What does the jewellery feel like?
What does your hair feel like?
Really visualise! Gaslight yourself if you need to!
8.Think about what you're going to do later on! Are you gonna see some friends? Do you have school work to catch up on? Do you need to clean your room?
9.Now is the best time to fall asleep if you're doing an awake method keep visualising.
Notes and tips for this method.
Don't rush this method. Shifting takes practice. Whenever you go on holiday you can't rush a holiday you have to take the journey to get there, the journey being shifting.
