"I want to talk for a second" he nods. "Axel, stay here with Mariah. Okay?".

"Okay dad" Tom and I go a bit away. We still can see Axel and Mariah but they can't hear us.

"What happened?".

"It's about Axel and Fleur".

"Fleur is dead, Theo".

"I know but she did something to him".

"Did what?".

"Locked him into the bathroom for hours and said that if he screams for help she is gonna hurt Yn badly. He felt responsible when he saw Yn with cuts to her wrists and stomach. He thought that he was responsible".

"WHAT?".

"Shhhh. Keep quiet".

"She locked him in the fucking bathroom?".

"Yes she did".

"She is lucky that she is dead".

"About that. How's Mariah?".

"Scared".

"Fuck" we see the doctors walking outside and we run there.

"Uhh are your her family?".

"Yes".

"What are y'all?" we stay silent.

"Brother" I say. "I'm her brother".

"Husband" Tom says.

"Okay. You are her brother so I'll talk to you, sir. Her life and her babies lives are in danger. She has a deadly virus inside her and she needs to get surgery immediately. Today if it's possible" I felt like crying. My eyes became watery and I was just staring at the doctor. "Sir?".

"Umm ... Yeah. She ... "

"I need your permission for doing that surgery" I look at Tom and he nods at me. I look back at the doctor. 

"Yeah. Of course. Do it but I have a question" Tom looks at me confused.

"Of course. You can ask me".

"Babies?".

"She's pregnant with twins" Tom looks at the doctor confused.

"But she gave birth already. Triplets".

"I know, sir. She was supposed to give birth to 5 children but because of that virus she didn't and 2 of them stayed inside her. That's why she passed out before you brought her here".

"I understand".

"So. We can start the surgery. I have your permission".

"Of course".

"Thank you. It will take around 4 or 5 hours".

"Alright".

He nods and walks away. I softly stun and sit down. I look at Tom and he looks back to me. Axel shakes my arm and I look at him.

"Y-Yes, buddy?".

"Is mom gonna be okay?" I look at Tom and after back at Axel. I try not to have a shaky voice but that's kind of impossible.

"Yes, Axel. She will make it. She is gonna be okay soon".

"But the doctor said that she has a deadly virus".

"That's true".

"But 'deadly' is a bad word and it means death. Right?".

"Yeah. You're ... Right".

"Is mom gonna die?" I let out a shaky breath and I tried my very best not to cry at the moment.

"N-No" I stopped for a few seconds. "No, Axel. Your mother is gonna make it".

"But you are crying".

"Something got in my eye".

"Oh. Okay. So mom is gonna be okay?".

"Of course she will be. She is gonna be okay".

"Yay".

"But listen to me. Okay? You have to stay quiet or I'm gonna go you back home. Do you understand me?".

"Yes, dad".

"Perfect" I look at Mariah and she nods at me. She softly smiled at me so I can feel a bit better and I tried to smile but I just couldn't at the moment.

"I'm gonna buy a bottle of water. Do y'all need something?" I say.

"I'll come with you" Tom says.

"No you won't".

"Yes, Theo. I will" I look at him. He isn't joking. I sigh.

"Mariah, do you need something?".

"No. Thank you".

"Have you eaten today?".

"Not really".

"Have you drank any water?".

"1 or 2 sips".

"Ugh. I'll buy you something to eat and drink".

"Theo, I'm not hungry or thirsty".

"I don't hear anything. I'll be right back".

"Okay".

Tom and I walked downstairs but I didn't stop at the cantina. I walked out of the hospital. Tom follows behind me.

"Mattheo?".

As we get out I touch my head at the wall. My hands are in fists right next to my head. I broke down. I couldn't hold my tears anymore.

"Hey. Theo. It's alright".

"I can't do this, Tom. I can't" my voice broke.

"Come here" I go at him and he hugs me. I hugged him back and broke down crying. Literally. Tom tears up as well. He sobs. "It's gonna be okay" he says in a shaky voice.

"Will it?".

"It has to be".

"But will be?".

"I don't know".

"I can't lose her, Tom. I can't fucking lose her".

"Shhhh" he lets out a cry but takes a deep shaky breath trying to calm. Impossible. "S-She ... "

"I'm scared".

"So am I".

"How the hell am I supposed to lie to Axel when I'm like shit".

"You better send Axel back home".

"He won't leave. You know that" we pull away.

"He can't stay here, Theo".

"I know".

"We have to think of something".

"I'll find a way to send him back home. He can't stay here. That's the only sure".

"Yeah".
