Case 2: The Strenuous Partnership

Sooyeon woke up, stunned.

She was in her office with her mind ablur, she was gently wrapped in her blanket like a sushi, and an expensive whisky bottle discreetly hidden in the trash.

She couldn't remember what clearly happened last night. Only a mysterious stranger comforting her. When she remembered him, her heart skipped a beat. Maybe all those failed dates were leading up to this person.

But the problem is, she didn't who he is.

But she didn't have any time to reminice, she quickly called a taxi to get to her apartment, took a shower and changed into new clothes, and quickly got back to work.

She opens the door to Attorney Jung's office and is greeted by him, Jun Ho, Attorney Woo, and Attorney Kwon.

"Good morning." She greeted them.

"Good morning." Attorney Woo stated as she stares at the desk.

"Good morning, Attorney Choi." Attorney Choi sits down at his desk as he announces a case.

"A singer ordered a cease and dessist order for another singer that is slowly gaining popularity. "

"Why? Is he copying his music?" Attoney Kwon questions.

"No, his dance moves." Attorney Jung flatly stated. "He said he owned a dance move the popular singer did in a show in Seuol, and I want you, and Attorney Choi on the case."

What! This can't be happening, working with the Tactician! She thought. "Ehm Attorney Jung, can I work with Attorney Woo instead? She can really lead hard on this case. She is a genius after all." I gave a please help me look to Attorney Woo. But to my slight expectation, she is glued to the information on the paper."

"Unfortunately, I assigned Attorney Woo with her own case so that means you two, will work together." He flatly states as he slowly walks out of his office.

"You will be meeting the client soon so be ready." After that, he shuts the door.

"I will be glad to be working with you too Kayak Deed Protector." Attorney Kwon gives a smirk followed by a sly smile.

I roll my eyes.

We then quickly study the case before we meet the client. His name was Lee Man-ho. Turns out they were good friends before but one got jelouse of the other person's work and quickly rose to fame. Now our client wants justice.

Attorney Kwon and Attorney Choi meet with the client. He was dressed in oversized pants, he wore a tiger striped vest with a black turtleneck with short sleeves. Attorney Choi and Kwon looked at eachother and straight back at him. They concluded, that he was a normal guy trying to become a celebrity.

"So, can you help me with my case?" His plea sounded desprate. His voice was slightly trembling to await the replies of the attorneys."

"Fortunately we can help, have you sent the cease and dessist order already?" Attorney Choi asked the singer.

"Well, about that...." he fidgets his fingers slightly.

"Eh? You didn't?" Attorney Kwon was slightly irritated at him. But Attorney Choi kicked his leg to keep him composed.

"I was about to but, I was hoping that you attorneys can come with me to you know? Scare him?"

He was cowardly, but he was still a client. So, Attorney Choi and Kwon will go to defendant's house and bring the letter.

They take the company car and made their way to the defendant

"This is a nightmare." Attorney Choi mumbled.

"What? Would you rather take this case with Attorney Woo?" Attorney Kwon sarcastically questions.

"Anyone but you." Attoney Choi replies.

"Oh really? Would you rather have Jun Ho?" He remarks.

"I told you before, I don't like him anymore!" She replied, annoyed. He was amused at how Attorney Choi reacted. And maybe a slight game of teasing approched.

Attorney Kwon turned right and pulled up over a driveway to an expensive apartment building. And he had an idea, it amused him.

"Let's go." Attorney Choi said as she arranged the papers. As she looked up, Attorney Kwon was directly looking at her.

But to her suprised, Attorney Kwon slowly got closer to Attorney Choi. . His torso was facing towards her. His hand moved toward her waist, and their faces were just inches from eachother.

What is this tactician doing!?
