Chapter Two

"Sade if you don't bring your ass downstairs right now I am so going to get Bryce!" Lea yelled from the bottom floor of the pack house. Its currently empty seeing as this is one of the many pack houses full of students from our school . Sky Pack is the biggest pack in California. It mainly consists of pure wolves, some hybrids but not many.

"Leave Me Alone!" I yelled burying my head into my pillow. Its been two weeks I haven't left my room the pack house or even my bed other than using the bathroom . I just lay here not even crying I only cried when I first felt the pain of the rejection.

I rolled out of my California King bed and walked to the window on the right side of my bed nearly bathroom. My satin black curtains not allowing any light in, I was happy for that.

I walked into the bathroom ditching my clothes into my dirty clothes hamper for a well needed shower. The water beading gracefully at my skin. I sighed on relief it felt good , it felt like all the pain and thoughts I had were all being washed away and it calmed my nerves as well as my whimpering wolfs.

I turned the shower off and stepped out wrapping a towel around me. I walked into my room dressing in black cargo pants a white wife beater and a yellow black and white snap back my hair in wet waves down my back to my hips. I slipped on black and white converses and grabbed my phone from my night stand and finally turning it on after two weeks.

I left my room walking down the beautifully lit hallway making it more homey then it already is with various pictures of the many of us that live here. The beautiful red carpet traveling down the hall path and the yellow and green painted walls and the smell of lemons coated the hall. I reached the stairs taking them two at a time . I passed the living room my phone beeping like mad in my pocket I'm waiting the messages out.

I went into the kitchen and made me a bowl of cereal and sat at the ceramic island on a stool. I pulled my phone from my pocket and tossed it beside the box of cereal . I finished putting my head in my hands.

I caught a scent in the air and I groaned. "Lea please not right now."

"No, Its been two fucking weeks I'm your best friend and I'm worried about you."

I sighed. "Let's go to the mall or something."

We weren't far from the mall it was walking distance. We walked there in silence I was trying to sort my thoughts while she was probably thinking of ways to tell me off.

We got into the mall and she pulled me into a photo booth where we took plenty of pictures. After that we wondered the mall walking in and out of stores.

"I found my mate."

Lea stopped dead in her tracks and looked at me with wide eyes. "No."

"Yes."

"Wait and your mad about this? I know you and Bryce have something going on but I thought you discussed this already."

"She rejected me."

"She oh my god its so rare to ... rejected you?"

"Yes now you know why I haven't left my room for two weeks can we drop it for now's?"

She smiled. "Let's something crazy."

I shrugged. "What haven't we already done?"

"Tattoos and piercings ." She gave me a wicked grin and we trotted into Taylor's Tats.
