In this tutorial, I'll show you how you can upload brushes for editing on to Photopea.
So first, you need to find a brush. I love uploading hair brushes to draw hair when I am editing a faceclaim. Other brushes are skin, eyelash, glitter, fur, bokeh lights etc. A good site to find brushes is DeviantArt. Just make sure that the brushes are free and can be used for personal use.
I am using the 'Skin and Hair Texture Brushes' by Castrochew on Deviantart. I'll put a link to the brush set in the comments.

Download the brushes by clicking the arrow I circled in red.
Next open Photopea and press 'open from computer'. Upload the picture of your faceclaim.

Click on 'edit' in the top left corner

A dropdown should appear, then click on 'Preset Manager' that I circled in red.

Once you press that, this should appear:

Press 'Load .ABR', and choose the brush file you downloaded.
A whole new set of brushes should appear once you've done that

It's a mix of hair and skin texture brushes, so to play around with them, click on the brush icon on the left panel.

Now press the button I circled in red, and a dropdown should appear. Choose the brush you want.

Now you can draw around with them! I like to lower the size of the brushes. Start drawing wherever you like on the faceclaim. Here is what I did this time around:
