Chapter 21

"Y/n! Slytherin is throwing a party tonight at nine, hang out with me in my dorm at eight?" she then looked Penny up and down,

"bring your girls too." She smirked before leaving.

"so..... dress shopping anyone?" Instantly closing your book.

"yes, please! I'm over this already." Penny said getting ready to get up. Ginny smiled in relieved and stood up instantly.

you all looked at Hermione and she pretended to not realize.

"oh c'mon Mione! please. We promise to finish my homework tomorrow."

Hermione finally gave in and you all packed up your books. You all then headed to Diagon Alley to look for dresses.

you guys tried on dresses for hours.

after many lectures and many "no" s, you all finally chose the perfect dress for the party. you also got some accessories to match your dress.

you all head back and by then it was dinner time so you four parted ways to sit in different tables.

"Do you have a date to the party?" Penny asked as she ate a spoon full of mashed potatoes.

"Nope, not really looking for one either." you took a sip of your drink. "why? you want me to look for a date for you? cause that would be so easy, so many guys would die to be your date to a party." you said teasing her.

Penny gave out a little giggle before looking back at her food. for some reason she looked a little uneasy.

"What, what's wrong? did i say something?"

"no.., i just.. don't necessarily roll that way." Penny looked back at you to check your reaction.

even though you were a little taken back, you didn't let it show. you gave her a reassuring smile, "oh, sorry i assumed."

"Don't sweat it, thanks for understanding, i was very nervous to tell you."

you looked very sorry that she had to feel that way, "no, don't be, thanks for telling me, and like you said, I'll always have your back no matter what." you both hugged and finished dinner.

you then head to the wash room and took a shower.

will he be at the party? is he even still around? where is he?

you snapped out of your thoughts when you heard Penny called you to hurry.

gathering your belongings, before heading to Pansy's dorm.

You, Penny, Hermione, and Ginny all got ready in her dorm. "Vermoox, help me with my hair?" Pansy asked across the room.

Though you suddenly remembered the look Pansy gave Penny a few hours back so you decided to pitch her in instead. "Penny does hair better than me, could you please?" you gave Penny a wink.

you were busy doing your makeup anyways.

after everyone finished getting ready, all five of you took pictures in her dorm. can't blame you though, you all looked fire..!!
