On the corner of a small city there was a partially hidden comedy club, which was mostly a bar but had a small stage for comedians on the side. This was a frequent place for new comedians, those who struggled to make a place for themselves. This meant that this was a place where the big names in comedy would visit to to see and find new talent. And on this particular day it was Joe Samberg who was looking to see the new faces in the business. On the same night there were two friends getting ready for the stage. Rajesh or Raj as friends call him and Sanjay.

"Dude Harry just told me Joe Samberg is in the audience today, and he maybe looking for new talent" said Sanjay with a wide smile on his face.

"C'mon man, Harry? That idiot probably saw some fat old white guy, you know he's blind as a bat" replied Raj

"Well, lets see once we get on the stage shall we?" Replied Sanjay

Soon it was Raj's turn on the stage, He started with an indian joke which was typical for indian comedians but Raj had his own way of comedy and everyone loved it, he was a really good comedian, in the words of the comedy club patrons; "The kid is gonna become a huge star one day". But nobody could have guessed it was the night that would change Raj's life. Next it was Sanjay's turn who came on stage with a death threat to Raj for being better than him and how he could go to jail for such a death threat if he wasn't in a comedy club. It is funny that way, comedy itself is funny when you think about it. Comedy is actually someone's tragedy which would be really sad to witness, yet depending on the place and time of comedy, we choose to laugh at it.

"You were doing pretty good today dude" said Sanjay walking towards Raj who was sitting at the bar after the show.

"Motherfucker i do pretty good everyday" replied Raj with a laugh

"Yeah yeah, the only thing you do pretty good is sucking dick" said Sanjay

"Hey, save that shit for the stage guys" said a fat old man accompanied by a lady who was listening to their conversation.

"Holy shit! Joe Samberg" said Raj while both of them automatically stood up from their chairs

"Please guys, no need to get up we just wanted to tell you we loved your act" he said to Raj

"You were not bad either you guys really have talent, don't ever give up" he said this to both of them

"Thank you Joe, we are big fans that means so much to both of us" said Raj.

"Yes, we are so happy you enjoyed our acts, thank you so much Joe" Sanjay said with a trembling voice.

"Its fine guys, i was like you once, struggling in this joint, anyway we are late for a dinner, so we will be going now" Joe walks away from the duo. And Raj turned full fanboy and started to follow Joe.

"Hey, hey kid listen. I'm just trying to have a nice evening with my wife and be nice to y'all and I just want to be left alone, I admire your love for me but c'mon man" Joe said because he knew Raj was going to follow him to the car.

"I'm sorry joe" Raj was feeling humiliated.

And at this moment Joe felt sorry for him. He reached into his pocket and took out a coin.

"Here take this, this is the secret of my success, my lucky coin, it was thrown to me by a heckler during my first gig here, i've kept it ever since and I took it everywhere with me and it helped me become who i am" Joe explained while handing Raj the coin.

As Raj took the coin he felt everything go dark around him and a spotlight was falling on him. He did not even notice Joe leaving, it took him a few minutes to come to his senses, even then it was only because Sanjay called for him.
