Chapter 1: Summer 💎

I had always loved doing theater in high school and in my adult life. I had always felt like I was meant to be on the stage and had a special connection with the lights, the feeling of the Audience cheering, the rush of how nervous I would get when it was my Que to go on, the bowing, the commitment, the end product, the costumes all of it, maybe you could say I was addicted.

Then summer of 2019 hit and just like every summer I'm always so busy during the year I preferred to stay inside and rest on the days I didn't have to work. I started watching a ton of TV shows, Stranger Things 3 came out, I started watching Sex Education (great show if you've never watched) as well as come old childhood throwbacks, Zoey 101, iCarly, Victorious you know those kinds of Nickelodeon shows. I become increasingly interested in screen acting as I started watching more. Then a new movie by the name of "Once Upon a Time in... Hollywood" had come out a few weeks after Stranger Things. I couldn't help but notice the actor who played Charles Watson.

Every time he came on the screen I couldn't help but stare, and his performance just had me shocked. I looked up the movie and found out who he was, "Austin Butler". I later found out he was in all the Nickelodeon shows I loved as a kid, all the memories started to float back to me and I totally remembered him now, I used to absolutely love him. Not only that, but I quickly became, I don't want to say obsessed, but a huge fan. I started watching all the Shows and Movies he's starred in, just admiring his every move. Later that year, I found Austin Butler was going to starring in an Elvis movie, and I was bouncing off the walls when I found out about that. When I found out Elvis was being filmed in my area, and they were looking for extra, and I almost fainted, I probably almost broke some of my keyboard on my computer trying to apply as fast as I could. This was my chance! For not only to try screen acting out, but to possibly meet my favorite Actor. I was NOT going to pass up this opportunity.
