you never knew when it crawled light
but right before you felt its might
before it bites it grips you tight
in the red choke it shines so bright
the muffled noises sharp in thin
the light fangs in the livid peel
the eyelids cling the blue therein
their thousand eyes is all you feel
the clinch slips lighter, all there is
it snakes within another cold and moving skin
it wants you off as it shows off with all that's been
and it will be, with all that beauty; you just squeeze
