JHOANA

Tapos ko nang gawin ang role ko as an abay to this freaking wedding. I'm getting bored na sa mass ugh

I need to think of an idea how to escape here from my parents' supervision or should I say my papa's supervision?

"Ma I need to pee, labas lang ako saglit" I whispered

"Sige, bilisan mo anak balik ka agad" mama Lovel whispered back

I nodded at tumayo na ako para makaalis na

Napatingin ako kay papa

"Jaja anak samahan mo si Jhoana" papa John

Bumalik ako sa pwesto ko ng upo

"John hayaan mo na, punta lang siyang cr" mama Lovel

Thanks ma! Haha. Kaya nakaalis na ako at nakalabas ng simbahan. Dumeretso ako sa car ko and got my handy liquor and drink it while sitting on the car hood. Earlier I texted someone to fetch me outta here, hindi ko alam kung kanino ako nag text basta kung sino nalang yung nasa contacts ko

"Dad, the mass is about to end naman na, can I see you at the reception area nalang?" I whispered

"Oh bakit?" dad Elmer

"Papahangin lang, please dad"

"Sige na nga, ako nang bahala sa mom mo" dad Elmer

Yes! So I went outside kung saan naka park yung car ko. Nang madaanan ko ang isang babae na umiinom? Habang nakaupo sa car hood. Wait she's an abay, so she sneaked out just to drink?

I just ignored her, magkatabi lang kasing naka park yung car namin

I looked at the sky, ugh what a calming sight, ang ganda. Kaya I took my phone out of my pocket and captured the clear sky

Then suddenly I heard someone giggling, lumingon naman ako kung saan nanggaling yun. Surprisingly the abay girl is the one who's giggling

"There is nothing special in the sky mister" abay girl

JHOANA

I'm drunk na yata shet but not naman super

"So? Why do you care?" cold na sagot nung poging babae

She's cute and pogi naman. But she's capturing the sky? Haha parang hindi nakakakita lagi ng sky ah

"All you see is Blue clouds, nakakaumay nga tignan eh"

"Miss, clouds are White and the sky is Blue" mister

I heard her sigh

What a sudden change of mood? Suplada lang kanina eh

"Jhoana!" someone shouted

Napatingin naman ako sa sumigaw ng name ko. Tumakbo lang siya papalapit sa'kin

"Ok! Wait, who are you again?" Jhoana asked the guy

So Jhoana is her name pala

I saw the guy whispered something to Jhoana on her ears and Jhoana looks so confused after. Then agad nalang niyang binuhat si Jhoana sa shoulders nung guy. Fuck that's kidnapping, Jhoana didn't know who she was with

"Hey! Where are you bringing her?!" I shouted

"None of your business loner!" guy shouted back

Malapit lang yung car niya at agad na niyang isinakay si Jhoana sa shotgun seat then pumunta yung guy sa kabilang side at sumakay na

I immediately got into my car para mahabol ko pa sila, buti nalang at gamit ko 'tong Mercedes-Benz AMG GT ko para mabilis. While driving, I dialed the police

*police on the phone*

"Hello officer? Someone is being kidnapped........"

JHOANA

"I'm not kidnapped what the heck?"

We were about to go to the bar when the police caught us. I was gonna have fun na naman sana hinuli pa kami

"Ma'am, ayon kay ma'am Bea hindi mo raw kilala ang lalakeng to" police

My friend is handcuffed

"I k-know him, he's M-Marco, right?"

Honestly I don't know his name pero I know his face naman

"Tignan mo? Marci itong nasa id niya ma'am hindi Marco" police

"Hey! I said Marci kaya" shit what a dumb mistake

"You're being caught na nga tapos you lie pa" Bea

"Bakit ka ba kasi nakikisawsaw sumbungera?" Marci

"I'm not meddling, I'm simply being honest here" Bea

BEATRIZ

"Hey!" someone shouts behind my back

Everything is settled na, hindi ko na ipinakulong yung Marci. Pabalik na ako ngayon sa car ko para makaalis na dito sa police station

I turned my back to see the one shouted, it's Jhoana. Naglakad pa siya papalapit sa'kin

"Yes? Any problem?"

"Thank you!" Jhoana, but seems like she's upset from saying thank you

"Welcome"

"Thank you because my father will kill me from what you did, idiot" Jhoana

Then she walked away after saying those to me. Pero napaisip ako, why did she say that?
