The school matters are getting unlimited and naturally exhausting as they are.

As more days pass, seasons change like a blur, and they only have to jump another season until they reach the holidays.

The seniors are all restless, and lack of sleep is evident on their faces. Those who are lucky to have their soulmates beside them have gotten enough rest—at least in the comfort of their soulmate's presence, that is.

The Sports Fest is the wildcard of all university holidays and usually starts on a week when Valentine's Day is in.

Still, they have tons of tasks, and the lessons are just halfway done. The students, especially the seniors, don't know if they're getting close to finishing their tasks or if they're the ones finishing them.

"Love, the guys are planning a bar night," Donghyuck said as they walked back to their buildings after the lunch break. "Mark seems to have a lot to rant about, and Jeno is itching to have a spice of alcohol for a good month now. You can come with us if you want."

"As much as I want to, but I think I need more sleep," Gayoon replied, the effect of sleeping late for a report evident in her downing eyes.

"Are you okay? Do you want to file an excuse for the rest of your class?"

"Silly, we still have what? Three lessons yet before the Winter Break. Just the last three, I can do it."

"Really? Your face says otherwise."

Gayoon sighed and intertwined their hands. "I personally think I picked the wrong course."

"Nah, you're doing amazing," he reassured, kissing the back of her hand. "But you can always come to me, and we'll take a rest together."

"Yeah, says the one who's ignoring me whenever we do study breaks."

"I'm sorry, my course is trying to kill me."

"Try to survive then, soulmate."

Gayoon let out a small giggle when Donghyuck pecked her lips goodbye.

For the rest of the afternoon classes, both of them stayed as focused and active as possible.

When the dismissal came, the faces of the three Lees looked like they'd gotten out of jail.

Among the three, Jeno was the one who had the widest grin.

"Are you sure you're not coming? Renjun will," Mark asked again.

"It's okay, you guys drink your hearts away. I'm guessing Jaemin will pass too."

"Yeah, he has night shift." Jeno frowned. "But really? Sure, sure? You don't want to chain this guy to the chair?"

Gayoon chuckled and glanced at Donghyuck first before answering.

"If he'll ever release his alter ego, you have my permission to beat him until he'll sober up."

"Hey! I'm not going to do anything." Donghyuck is fast to retort.
