An unexpected visitor

Friday evening. As so often, I'm one of the few sitting around at home. Tony is in his lab working on something and Sam is in his room talking to his sister on the phone. The others are all gone. Steve tried forever to persuade me to party with him, Nat, Wanda, Loki and Thor. But somehow I wasn't in the mood for it today. Instead, I ordered pizza and watch ice hockey on the huge TV in our living room. I don't know what's going on with me today. Normally - since I've been back from Wakanda and finally being myself again - I hardly ever miss an opportunity to party or do something else with the others. Almost like I'm catching up on the years I wasn't myself. But today somehow it just felt more right to just stay at home. I'm just coming out of the kitchen where I put the pizza box in the trash when I hear the PING of our elevator. Who's coming? The others haven't been gone long, they'll be partying for a few more hours. It can't be Bruce or Clint either, they're out of town. Maybe Peter? On the other hand, Peter didn't want to come this weekend. Although it would also be nothing new that he simply changes his plans without telling anyone. I'm still a little way from the elevator when the doors open and a woman comes out. A woman I've never seen here before. She steps into the room and looks around. Her long, dark brown hair falls casually down her back. Even if I can only see her back I have to admit that she looks good. She is wearing tight black Jeans - which make her legs look slim and muscular at the same time - a leather jacket and biker boots. But who is she? And how did she get up here? You have to know the name and matching alter ego of one of the Avengers to start the elevator.

Bucky: Who are you?

She flinches when I suddenly stand behind her and speak to her. When she turns to me I am speechless. She is really beautiful. Her skin is pale yet radiant - almost like porcelain. Her cheekbones and jawbones are perfectly defined, her lips are voluminous and her eyes are so deep blue that you almost have the feeling you're looking into the deepest ocean. Her eyebrows are drawn together, forming a small v between them. This makes her look pretty annoyed, which doesn't make her any less beautiful.

???: I don't know why you need to know this, but i'm Victoria Parker. And you?

Did I hear that right?

Bucky: Parker? As in Peter Parker?

Victoria: Possibly.

Without dwelling on it, she continues to look around. As if she were looking for someone.

Victoria: Where can I find Tony Stark?

Tony? Why Tony?

Bucky: I don't know why I should tell you that.

At least not until you tell me what you want from Tony. I take a closer look at her and have to admit that you can already see a certain resemblance between her and Peter. I can't believe it. I've known Peter for a few years now and he's never said anything about a sister. From a sister who is so mesmerizingly pretty and perky. Which is really strange. Peter is really bad at keeping things to himself. When I don't tell her where Tony is, she looks at me annoyed.

Victoria: Fine! I'll just have to find him myself then.

Bucky: Have fun.

I find myself staring at her butt as she walks away. Pull yourself together Bucky. Yes, she's hot, but if she's anything like Peter, I'm sure she's annoying as hell too. But at first glance, she looks rather interesting.

Sam: Who was that?

Sam suddenly stands next to me and grins at me, knowingly.

Bucky: Apparently that was Peter's sister.

Sam: Peter has a sister?

Sam sounds just as incredulous as I do.

Bucky: Looks like it.

For a moment we both look in the direction of the passageway she just disappeared into.

Sam: And what is Peter's sister doing here?

Bucky: I have no idea. She's looking for Tony.

Sam: Alone? You let a stranger walk through our home alone?

Bucky: Why not? She's Peter's sister and to be honest, she doesn't seem like she's up to anything bad.

Sam: Anyway - that's something you and Tony can deal with. I'll go to the club with the others. Have fun with our unexpected guest.

He pats me on the back and disappears into the elevator. Still incredulous about how the evening is going, I fall back onto the sofa. But with the best will in the world I can no longer concentrate on the game. How come Peter hasn't told us about her in all these years? And why is she here now? Did something happen to Peter? And how does she even know that Peter is an Avenger? We're not supposed to talk about it. Which we all have no problem with. At least that way you have the chance to lead a mostly normal life. That goes for everyone except Tony and Steve. I mean, who doesn't know Captain America and Iron Man? For a moment I consider whether I should see if she found Tony. On the other hand, she showed up here without being asked.

Bucky: Jarvis?

Jarvis: Yes, Mr Barnes?

Bucky: Did the woman who was in the living room a few minutes ago find Tony?

Jarvis: Yes Mr. Barnes, she has. The two are currently in a discussion about Mr. Parker.

This finally proves that she is actually Peter's sister. I would like to know what the two have to discuss about Peter.
