Corey is one of the most headstrong people you will ever meet. God is his stubborn, he will stick to his opinion through the worst of backlash. He believes himself and his opinions to be always right. He'll always be a 'my way or the high way' kind of guy. The only time he's ever been willing to rethink his opinion is when someone who's in his inner circle of close people tells him to. He's also never really cared about hurting peoples feelings. Not in the "oh i'm going to be an asshole" kind of way. But more so the "if you don't like me fuck off" kind of way. He's very bluntly honest, he doesn't sugar coat or dodge around topics, he tells it as it is. He's also very against the idea of changing himself for others. At the end of the day he is him. He likes himself and his humor, his friends like him, the only two members of his family that he cares about like him. Anyone else outside of that doesn't get a say or opinion- especially when it comes to his and his friends online fanbases. If they don't like him they can kiss his ass and leave, and he's happy to say it to.
Loyalty and close friends are very important to Corey. He has a inner circle of people he is close to, and those people go above anything else. He would bend over backwards for those people to help them and make them happy. But he also expects to be shown that in return. When someone in that circle doesn't return it he doesn't respond the best. Instead of any kind of communication, he'll show hositility immediately. He'll be passive aggressive, give the cold shoulder, and just be overall distant. He'll just kind of assume they know what's wrong, and it'll take him a little while before he'll realize he's (9/10 times) being stupid and go to apologize and have a conversation about it.
Corey jokes about everything. He finds comfort through jokes in uncomfortable situations, boring situations, and just whenever is appropriate. He's willingness to joke about everything he can has gotten him in trouble a few times. Mainly just times other peoples fans had assumed he was cis or straight and assumed he was joking about something he couldn't. He never really reacts though, after all in his eyes they can just leave the stream if they don't like the jokes. He isn't doing anything wrong, so he isn't going to stop joking about the things that he wants to joke about.
