Dannys backstory because i can.

Summer, 2000.
   Four kids wandered a forest. Not many went out to this specific spot so they wouldn't be caught. Their intentions were to run away from home. "Guys.. we really need some food." Matilda, the youngest of them all had been complaining for food the entire time. "GOD do you EVER shut the hell up?!" Sean was tired of hearing her shit and just wanted to turn around and walk back home. The other two, Danny and Sophia decided to just stay silent. After a long awkward silence Danny spoke up. "If you guys would like to stay here, I can try to find food?" The others agreed and sat at a rock.
Danny wandered around, flipping rocks. Looking for berries, hell even water would work. After looking for a while he ran into someone, afraid it was a cop Danny stumbled back and walked backwards a bit, upon backing  up he looked up to see an all black.. creature? "Come on Sean stop playing!" Danny's voice was breaking. He was sure it wasn't Sean, he just hoped it was. "Sean, who's that?" The creature turned to look at Danny. "What the hell are you!" The creature leaned down to him, "your worst nightmare." Danny stared it in the.. non existent eyes. "Your name." The thing laughed, "dark matter. You can call me Matt Though!" Chuckling the creature sat up. "And I'm guessing.. these are your friends?" Danny looked around to see, mangled. Bodies laying around. One was missing, but if Danny brought it up he was sure she was doomed. "What the hell?! Why did you do this!!" Matt laughed. "Why not? If you don't wanna end up like them, I suggest you listen to me." Danny agreed and was handed a mask, it felt so secure on his face. It Almost seemed like it was stuck there. Matt glared down at him. "I'm missing one. Aren't I." Danny was scared, he didn't want Matilda hurt, they were his best friend. "Who.. there was only three I swear!" Matt was getting pissed, and hit Danny knocking him into a tree. "I said. Where. Are. They." Danny couldn't focus on what he was saying. His arm was in so much pain, it was quite literally gushing blood. He looked at matter. "I.. I don't know!" Matt then began to walk off. "If you don't tell me where they are, then they don't get spared." Danny looked at him, confused. "Fine!.. she probably ran north of the rock!" Matt turned back around. "Thank you. Stay here and don't move. If you even DARE to.. well, it won't be pretty for you." And with that Matt was gone, leaving Danny all alone.
