A gods best friend, and more.

....Loki?

You both watched Asgard explode. You kept a hand on Loki's shoulder as you both watched, you looked to the side as a tear fell down your cheek. 

True, you knew this was gonna happen, but watching all your memory's explode does a lot. 

You never really grew up with any trauma, I mean your best friend was a god. Lady Sif had taught you all she knew so you knew how to fight. you spent most time at the palace. you had a good life, a great life and now..all those memory's..gone. 

You felt a hand touch yours, making you look at Loki. He smiled and you smiled back "it was the only way" he said. You nodded and wiped that tear away "I know just..all those memory's..places..thing we did and saw" you let out a sigh "maybe it will get better from here." 

You let out a groan as you pushed a body off of your chest, you were about to cry. You looked up to see Thor screaming in pain as..Thanos? i think, Loki had talked about him a few times..anyways. 

wait, holy shit. 

"THOR" you let out a scream as you stood, raising your sword and glaring at Thanos. 

Loki let out a small gasp and looked at you, his eyes were almost pleading that you wouldn't. 

well be glad because you didn't even get a chance to hurt that big dude because next thing you knew you were trapped down with metal. your sword fell down to the ground making loud sounds. you glared at the man as Loki had said something but you could hear little, your ears had a ring go through them, it hurt your brain.

"I assure your brother, the sun will shine on us again" something like that..he held up his hand...the tesseract. You wanted your jaw to drop but you couldn't even move it. That little asshole. the last thing you heard was "We have a hulk" your heard dropped as you watched Loki jump out of the way and make sure his brother was okay while Hulk came out and tried to fight Thanos. You made eye contact with Loki for a second, it looked like he could tell something, something we didn't know. something was wrong. he gently came over to you and kneeled down in front of you "Please..(Y/N) forgive me" he took your cheeks in his hand and kissed your forehead. you gave him a look of confusion but he walked away, hiding behind what used to be a wall. 

you looked back at Thor and saw he was in the same place as you, tied down with metal. great. your eyes closed shut as Hulk was exported somewhere, then Thor screamed no. you looked over to why he screamed no and your heart dropped as a tear fell down. 

You watched Thanos crush the tesseract and held a stone, which he put in his glove, then everything went blue for a few seconds as he groaned in pain. 

it was almost music to your ears. you looked around you as you saw so many dead children,mothers, fathers, fighters. it made your heart beat faster as your rage grew. 

you blocked out Thanos as Loki came out, you couldn't make out what he  was saying. but you froze as you watched a dagger appear in his hand. no. thats what he knew. NO. you tried to scream, jump, move! but it all came out as muffles and wiggling around. Loki looked at you for a split second, his eyes closed and it was like slow motion. you watched him try to stab Thanos but...failed. 

"undying?" you heard Thanos ask. "You should choose your words more carefully." he said as Loki's dagger was thrown out of his hand. his hand went around Loki's neck. you watched Loki try to throw himself around, trying to get out of his grip.
