"Sure what's up?"

"You have to promise me that we can still be friends afterwards if you say no to this..Okay?"

I gave him a concerned look, nodding slightly.

"Y/n.. I know it hasn't been that long since you've started working here, and with me but.. I think I've caught feeling for you. Especially after last night. So I was wondering..would you like to start a relationship?" Henry quickly said, trying to hold eye contact with me.

I froze for a moment before quickly standing up and pulling Henry up from his chair. He stared at me for a moment before I pulled him into a kiss.

He wrapped his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him while we continued kissing. I put a hand in his hair and whined slightly as he pushed me against the desk.

"I'll take that as a yes." Henry smiled, leaving kisses down my neck.

That was quickly stopped when the door opened. Henry quickly moved to stand next to me, trying to act normal.

"Oh, hello. Sorry to walk in unexpectedly but I, or Owen, needs your help with something Y/n." Claire sighed, standing, next to the door.

"It's fine, Henry I'll be right back." I smiled, walking over to Claire.

She led me to where Owen was, leaving once arriving.

"What's up?" I asked, walking over to stand next to him.

"It's the raptors. They've been acting pretty strange lately." Owen sighed, showing me a video he took the previous day.

While I was watching it, they looked like they were completely normal but then I finally noticed that they actually were acting strange.

"Okay, and how can I help with that?" I crossed my arms, watching over the video again.

"I was wondering if maybe you'd help me with training them for the next few weeks, maybe months. I'm not sure exactly why they're acting like that but maybe more human interaction could help?" Owen looked over at me.

I looked back at him and thought for a moment. I wasn't too sure what was wrong with them either but anything to help them, I would be willing to do.

"Fine. If we can't find out what's wrong with them, I don't know what to tell you or how to help." I sighed, Owen nodded.

After that, we talked about it for a bit before I headed back to the lab. Henry was surprisingly still in his lab, at the same table I left him at.

"Hey." I smiled, walking over to him.

"Took you long enough.." Henry chuckled, wrapping his arms around my waist.

I rolled my eyes, grabbing my notebook and putting it back in my bag.

"I recommend you get back to work. I'll be at my place if you need me." I picked up my bag.

As I was about to turn to walk away, Henry pulled me back and kissed me. I smiled and kissed back.

"Try not to get too distracted, love." I chuckled, walking out of the lab.

While I was walking back, I had noticed Claire and Owen talking somewhere in the park. I smiled at this but kept walking.

I opened the door to my place, locking it behind me, and set my stuff down. I set my keys on the table and walked over to the bathroom.

While locking the door behind me again, I started getting ready to take a shower. I turned the water on and got in.

(Just gonna skip the whole shower thing lol -Jupiter)

I lied down on my bed and picked up my phone, opening messages.

Y/n: 'Hey, how's work going?'

I set my phone down and sat up a bit, looking out the window to see the sunset. My attention was quickly back on my phone when I heard the ding.

Henry Wu: 'Could be better if you were here, Love.'

I chuckled as I read the message.

Y/n: 'Yeah, well you wouldn't get any work done if I was still there.'

Henry Wu: 'Eh, fair enough'

I sighed happily as I plugged my phone in, shutting it off and lying back down.

Once I got into a comfortable position, I heard the door open and then close. I quickly turned over to see who it was, and it was Henry.

"I thought you were working?" I questioned him as he walked over to me.

"Yeah, but I wanted to come hang out with you." Henry smiled, sitting down next to me.

I rolled my eyes and kissed his cheek. Henry opened his mouth like he was about to say something but I cut him off.

"No, we are not playing Uno, You always lose." I chuckled.

"Oh fuck you! I have high hopes this time!" Henry slightly yelled, making me laugh.

"Whatever."

"You suck dick at this game." I laughed as I put the cards away.

"Yeah, whatever." Henry rolled his eyes.

I sat back down next to him. He looked over at me and shook his head, smiling. He then mumbled something.

"What was that?" I asked, smiling slightly.

"I wouldn't be talking, you'll be the one sucking dick eventually-" Henry laughed before I hit him with a pillow.

He grabbed it and threw it right back at me. We both kept doing this for a bit longer before lying down next to each other.

"I love you." I shook my head, chuckling slightly because of what happened moments before.

"I love you to, idiot." Henry sighed, pulling me closer to him.

I lied my head on his chest and smiled. Today was fun.
