Hey! If you're hearing this, congrats!

We're probably fucked!

The world is on the brink of war. I'm doing everything I can to stop it, but I... have no power. 

But anyway, you didn't come here to hear my whining. So let's get into this world.

~ Species ~

So, obviously, there are the Experiments. Genetically engineered former humans who have powers. Their role? Protect the universe, I guess. No pressure.

Obviously, looks vary.

Experiments can appear as any age and gender. They (I use they since I'm generally not under the Scientist's influence and/or control. Yay me!!) can understand every language and speak every language. They can change their voice in whatever way they want.

However, there is one thing that every Experiment has in common.

Cold ice blue eyes. Impassive. It's impossible to get rid of the eyes, and it is a way that the government (or whatever province has control of them at the time) knows who they are, even if they change their appearance.

Shadows

Paranormal aliens, do I really need to say more? Enemies of Earth, the reason the Experiments were made... but there's possibly more to them...

We don't know the extent of their power. Nobody has been able to learn from them long enough to learn.

Some believe they are more powerful than the Experiments. Of course, those people often don't live long...

Humans

Humans. Like, chances are you're a human. Like, what Shadow or Experiment would read this? Basically none of them.

So you know what humans are.

The Scientists

The people who created the serum that made the Experiments. Most of the originals are dead, but a few (two) of them have not had their death recorded. So, who knows...

Gods

Gods. Except, not really... Gods are what humans consider to be the ones in charge of the universe. Except, the Gods are dead. They don't exist. Of course, if they did, would we really know? If they did, would they stop the Shadows? Sorry to say this, but I'm an atheist, baby!

So the names of the Experiments may seem random, but they really aren't.

The first letter of the name is the first letter of its past name.

The second letter is the power type.

A: Invincibility

B: Physical Strength

C: Mental Strength

D: Replenishing

E: Mind

F: Magic

G: Talent

H: Craftsmanship

I: Dark

J: Healing

K: Element

L: Light

M: Temper

N: Animal

O: Language

P: Power

Q: Knowledge

R: Weapon

S: Flight

T: Illusion

U: Shapeshifting

V: Mimicking

W: Speed

X: Energy

Y: Destruction

Z: Invisibility

The numbers after are random, but the amount there isn't.

The first generation of Experiments has only one number, and one more is added for every new generation.

So for example, the 3rd generation would have 3 numbers.
