The Day That Decides The Future 4

The next song was 'Long way down'. Louis had co-wrote this song. Actually thinking about it, he co-write almost every song that made into the albums. He has always been a passionate lyricist. He was hurting when he wrote this. He had- no, has given up on his relationship with Harry. Harry doesn't love him anymore. They had everything in the world they could ask for, except for freedom but they could make it work. They didn't. They took everything for granted. And now it's too late to turn around.

Niall started the song, Harry's part following. Louis' part was coming up, he loved this chorus. "We had it all, yeah, who could've planned it?", he sang. Liam sang the chorus and Louis glanced at Harry. They had their head down and was fidgeting with his rings. Harry went with they/them pronouns as well. Louis remember Harry was experimenting with she/her pronouns and feminin tags in 2015. Louis doesn't know if he still uses them, it's been 5 years he hasn't talked with them about their life. He needs to ask about it after the show.

Even though Louis is planning to disappear from Harry's life after this concert he still wants to see his baby- no, not his anymore, but whatever. He still wants to see H happy and always smiling and being comfortable in his own skin. They are not in a relationship anymore but that doesn't mean Louis doesn't love Harry. He loves him with his whole heart. He would do anything for them. He would die for him if Harry asks him too. But Louis knows Harry won't. Not anymore. H doesn't want to do anything with him.

Louis noticed that Harry still wears the promise ring. It probably doesn't mean anything to him anymore, he probably still wears it because it looks good with his other rings. It looks good on him. Everything looks good on him. He could wear the most hideous outfit and they would still look pretty. Louis had given Harry the ring as a promise that he'll marry him one day. They were too young at that time, naive. But now here they are, don't know anything about eachother's life anymore.

Louis might even allow himself to tell Harry that he still loves him but what are the odds that Harry will take him back? Literally 0. Hell, H probably has a partner he loves. What was Louis even expecting from Harry? Not date anyone after breaking up with him? He's so stupid. It's not like he has been living in celibacy. He still hooks up with one night stands sometimes, though they aren't really like Harry but Louis can make it work. But dating is just a no for Louis. He can not fall in love with anyone else. He physically can't. He loves Harry too much.

This is too much for him. Seeing Harry dance and laugh and smile and crack stupid jokes right beside him is too much. He can't go and hug him, whisper in his ear, pinch his cheeks, hold him, caress him, he can't do anything. He just wants this concert to be over so he can go back to his house and cuddle with Clifford. His house doesn't feel like home but it's fine. He has managed the past 5 years alone, he can manage the rest of his life.

They completed 'Never Enough' and then 'Olivia' and Louis was either very delusional or just dumb. Because he could swear Harry sounded like he's singing it to him. Louis needs help. Next song was 'Temporary Fix'. Not really the same mood as 'Olivia' but okay. They weren't performing a setlist, they were performing the whole MITAM album and then 4 surprise songs from each of them, either their own or a cover. It is literally a surprise song because they don't even know eachother's songs.

Harry and Louis together sang, "We can roll in the darkness, let me touch you where your heart is". It was supposed to be 'moan' instead of 'roll' and 'hardest' instead of 'hearts is' but they had to change it to make it family friendly. Oh, this is one filthy song, not as filthy as 'medicine' though. When Louis had listened to Harry sing it for the first time, his jaw was one the floor. Seeing Harry sing about gay sex and moaning and falling on his knees on the stage like a slut was definitely not the sight Louis wanted to see today. He hoped H didn't plan to sing it tonight

Don't get him wrong, Louis loves seeing Harry like that, but they are not his anymore and Louis doesn't think he would be able to control himself seeing him on his knees moaning and rolling his head back few feet away from Louis.

They completed 'What a Feeling' and took a break to chat with the crowd again and thank them. Everyone gave their speech they had prepared. Harry had said "I would like everysingle one of you, here tonight and all the people who are watching us live to know that if you are black, if you are white, if you are gay, if you are straight, if you are trans, whoever you are, whoever you wanna be, We support you and thank you for supporting us." Louis' heart would probably burst from all the love he has for Harry.

It was his chance to thank their fans now. "I dont wanna become all cheesy and shit up here but i just wanna say I love everysingle one of you little shits who are here and the ones on the live. I fucking love you all. We wouldn't be anything without you lot. Thankyou. Thankyou so much. Make some noise for yourself, for us and for the crew members who made this possible. I love all of you people"
