Tadano: 'So am I getting bullied after all?'

Tadano: Ahh, so you're helping us because you're worried?

Nene: Yeah. I couldn't just leave people like you alone, even as a kid.

Tadano: 'So nice!'

They enter the room and plop the documents on a desk.

Nene: It's kinda of funny, I thought you were a masochist.

Tadano: What?!

Nene: Y'know, spending time with Komi and everything, it does sound painful.

Tadano: Ehh?!

Nene: But Y/N- I mean L/N-San told me that you just like helping people out.

Tadano: Oh... D-did he say anything else?

Nene: He said you were really kind. He said you liked helping others even if it causes you pain or something like that.

Tadano: Wow... Actually, I do have a question for you.

Nene: Go ahead.

Tadano: What do you think of L/N-San?

Nene: Well... For one, he's really kind and respectful. We've hung out quite a bit together. He's hard-working but gets tired mentally very quickly. When we met, he was pretty shy and I liked teasing him. It was kind of fun seeing how he reacted.

They leave the room and start making their way back.

Tadano: It's weird seeing him embarrassed like that. Our entire middle school time together, he never really expressed anything.

Nene: Huh. I'd also like to add the fact that he is pretty damn cute.

Tadano: Pfft! What!

My mans just spit out air.

Nene: He is pretty cute. Like, I'm surprised he wasn't in a relationship before.

Tadano: Yeah... Wait, what do you mean before?!

Nene: That's for me and him to know.

A startling look can be seen from the corner. It was a wild Komi spying on Tadano and Nene.

Tadano: Ah! Komi-San! What are you doing?

You were also there, interested and surprisingly worried. You weren't seen by the 2 however.

Nene: Hey! Komi-San!

She quickly hides, killing Nene's ego. Tadano tries to diffuse the situation and Komi runs away. Fantastic, a misunderstanding, I think...

Y/N: *whispers* Damn... What happened? Did something happen?! I dunno!

(Timeskip until after school)

Huh... More work... Tadano has officially passed out. You weren't faring much better though, just signing the last of the documents.

Nene: Ah, they still ended up giving you work...

Y/N: I'm almost done...

Tadano woke up.

Nene: Jeez, guess I'll help.

Tadano: Ah, I don't really have much of a choice. Thank you. Komi-san you should head home first! You too dude.

Komi gets up and shows a notepad saying she'll help.

Tadano: Oh really! Thank you so much!

Nene: Actually-

You grab Nene's shoulder.

Y/N: We'll also help.

Nene: Oh? Uh... Yeah!

As you split the documents and head to the office to turn them in, you and Nene stay behind Tadano and Komi and talk to each other.

Y/N: Soo... What were you guys doing together?

Nene: Huh? Oh, we just returned the documents at break. We also talked.

Y/N: Hmm.

Nene: What? Oh.

Nene smirks while walking with you. A very smug one. She whispers into your ear.

Nene: Are you perhaps, jealous?~

This in turn, causes you to blush. You turn away.

Y/N: M-maybe...

Nene: Well that's cute of you.

(Timeskip)

An arcade date is sort of common for people to have... right? Anyways, you were quite nervous because 1, you're still in your uniform and 2, this is your first date.

Nene: Well, here we are. Wanna do something?

Y/N: I'm incredibly nervous right now...

Nene: Yeah... I would be lying if I said wasn't nervous.

Y/N: Let's just, look around and find something.

Nene: Sure.

After walking around, you find a DDR machine. That somehow seemed to melt all of your nervousness away.

Y/N: Hey. Let's play some DDR

Nene: Oh? You're challenging me? To DDR?

Y/N: Hell yeah.

Nene: You fool.

After basically setting all the highscores in the arcade, you both finish with a tie.

Y/N: A tie.

Nene: I should've won that, you always pick the long songs.

Y/N: Look okay! Camellia makes good music.

Nene: Skill issue.

Y/N: Bruh...

Nene: That was fun.

Y/N: That was more 'hanging out' than 'date'.

Nene: Yeah, it was still pretty fun.

Y/N: Wanna use the rest of the coins on the crane game?

Nene: Sure, I'm good at those.

After playing, Nene gets 5 dolphin plushies.

Y/N: Wow...

Nene: I told you, I'm good at this.

Y/N: What am I gonna do with 4 of these?

Nene: Think of 'em as a memorial or something. Arcade day or something, wouldn't really call it a date though.

Y/N: Yeah... I'm still confused.

Nene: Me too...

As you guys are about to leave. You hear a shout from behind you.

Najimi: Yo! L/N-San and Onemine-San!

Tadano: Huh?!

You guys bolt out of there. You knew they probably wouldn't trust Najimi and you didn't want them to know that you guys were dating for some reason.

Y/N: Oh god we lost them.

Nene: Yeah.

Y/N: I'm so not ready to tell anybody yet.

Nene: Eh, we could give it more time.

Y/N: I really suck at this...

Nene: Don't say that. We had a lot of fun didn't we?

Y/N: Yeah we did.

Nene: Wanna get a drink?

What a subject switch! Like, even the narrator can't do that!

Y/N: Sure.
