Reporter 1: Mr. Canlas, knowing that you're the writer and the lead character, there were speculations that it is a true to life story. What can you say about it?(Kokoy whispered to Jelo: Baby pwede mo naman wag sagu....)
Elijah: Yes? I mean. There were parts of the story that really are my or should I say our (pertaining to Kokoy and him) story. Specially them being HS to college bestfriends with the squad actually. Right? (Looking at Adrianna)
Adri: Yes. Well sila ni Kokoy High school pa talaga sila classmates. We just knew each other in college.
(The rest of the squad nodded with a smile)
Reporter 1: So parang reunion movie pala ito for you?
The squad: Yes. Yes!
Reporter 2: My question is for Mr. De Santos. Now that you're into acting, will you still pursue your singing career?
Kokoy: Oo naman po. Actually Star Pop called me yesterday.
Reporter 2: Oh so are you having another single?
Kokoy: Well, secret muna. Just watch out for it.
Reporter 2: Last question. I remember last time you told us that Lagi-Lagi was already a written song way back in your Hs days by you and your bestfriend. Was it Mr. Canlas?
Kokoy: Well, mukhang napagtagpi-tagpi nyo naman na. So I'm saying yes! You watch the movie and you'll know how it happened.
Direk Ivan: Memo is waving. Hahaha No. But seriously, this movie is way too different compared to the previous Eli's work.
Reporter 5: For the last question. Since TIFC is known for cliffhangers, are we going to anticipate a Part 2?
Direk Ash: Well all we can say is Watch Rewrite the Stars on July 30 on all cinemas nationwide!
Squad: And no to piracy!
KOKOY'S POV:
I'm here at my baby's condo. Oo pumayag na 'ko habang naghahanap ng lilipatan.Ganun talaga kapag inuuna mong i-secure yung family mo. And I'm so happy na lahat ng kailangan nila nabigay at naibibigay ko.
Kaya ko naman tapusin yung bayad sa condo unit ni Kyle. Konti nalang actually sabi nga nila mommy yun nalang. Kaso syempre pangit tignan. Hindi dahil sa bitter padin ako ha. Naka moved on na ko pero di naman ako mabilis makalimot.
Minahal ko naman talaga si Kyle. Alam ng lahat ng nakakaalam yon. Hahaha Sya lang naman tong nanggago. Pero walang mangyayari kung diko sya patatawarin. Ako din mawawalan ng peace of mind. Kaya nung last night ko sa Boracay kung saan nagkita kami ni Jelo, that's the time I called him and said everything I needed to say.
Flashback
Setting:Boracay at Kokoy's room.

Few mins later, Kyle accepted it.
Kokoy started a voice call...
Kyle answered...
Kyle: Koy, napatawag ka
Koy: Sorry biglaan. I just felt that I needed to do this.
Kyle: Koy Im sorry. Again..
Koy: Tama na Kyle. Dimo kailangang sagutin tong mga sasabihin ko. Nasa sayo din kung pakikinggan ng maigi or not. Kyle I forgive you...and salamat sa walong taon. Ang haba din no? Oo on and off tayo pero ganun naman talaga sa relasyon eh kaya akala ko malalampasan natin yon. Di ko pinansin ng husto yung mga small details na somehow I realized na hindi pala small yon. Salamat sa lahat ng natulong mo sa akin. With you I learned how to value and treasure every opportunity na dumadating sa buhay natin.With you I learned to be patient, to strive hard to be a better person. I pushed myself so hard to be successful kasi ayokong may masabi yung mga tao.Thanks for opening my mind sa business world at least nabigay ko yung kailangan ng parents ko.Salamat don sa condo unit na discounted ha? Pero im giving it up.
Kyle: Koy wag na.
Koy: No Kyle. Pls let me do this. Maayos naman lahat don. Hahanap na ko ng bagong lilipatan. I'm really okay now. Anyways... remember Elijah?
Kyle: Oo naman. Your best friend.
Koy: I met him here.
Kyle: Really?
Koy: Yes. Yung iniwan ko para sa'yo. Eto nagtagpo kami ngayon dito. Sobrang gumaan yung pakiramdam ko. He still loves me. Oo dipa ko ganun kasigurado sa nararamdaman ko pero eto ung hiningi kong sign eh. Diba si Jelo mahilig sa ganun? Pero nakakatuwa lang sabi nya kagabi hindi lahat dinadaan sa paghingi ng signs. Kasi tayo dapat ang sumusulat ng sarili nating kapalaran. Natapos nga nya yung script dito. Alam mo kung ano ung title? Rewrite the stars.
Kyle: Really? Mukhang you too are meant to be together Koy. I'm happy that you're happy now.
Koy: Thanks... so pano? Goodbye Kyle...
Kyle: Goodbye Koy...

Back to present:
Kokoy was lying down on their bed and he didn't notice that Elijah was already there calling his attention.
Elijah: Baby!
Koy: Uy kanina ka pa?Jelo kissed Kokoy who seemed unaware of what's happening after having a moment of reminiscing.
Elijah: Oo kaya. Anong iniisip ng baby ko?
K: Ah..wala naman. So kumusta meeting nyo?
E: Ayun ok naman. So far fast selling ang tickets. Eh ikaw baby how's your 2nd single?.l
And yes Kokoy remembered that he just also came home from a meeting. Finally he's having his next single.
K: Ayun nga Selos yung title baby. Eto pakinggan mo.
Jelo got the earphones and listened to the song.
