Nancy had been working at the pub for over 6 months
Darren was a single dad to Charlie and Oscar after there mum Mandy left a year ago
Nancy was good friends with Darren and his family
One morning

Nancy signs to Oscar who's deaf
Darren smiled
Later on
Darren:Thanks for earlier Nancy
Nancy:No trouble
Darren:Nancy do you fancy staying for tea

That evening
Charlie:Nancy
Charlie and Oscar run over to Nancy
While having tea
Charlie:Nancy stay
Nancy:Darren
Darren:You alright to watch Charlie while I wash and put Oscar to bed
Nancy:Right Charlie
Charlie:Can we do some reading please
Nancy:Of course
Not long after
Darren appeared
Nancy:I'll head off I'll see you tomorrow
Darren:Oh one thing before you go is it alright if I put you on the list to pick up the kids
Nancy:Of course
A few days later
Nancy:You alright Darren
Darren:Charlie doesn't want to eat breakfast and Oscar won't stop crying
Nancy:Charlie chops please for me
Charlie:Yeah
Nancy:If you want I'll watch the kids today you go downstairs
Darren:Thanks Nancy
Nancy:Right Kids
Charlie:Can we do some baking
Nancy:Right let's go and get some stuff

Charlie:Nancy it's not right

Nancy was signing to Oscar
After baking
Nancy was watching Oscar and Charlie and she thought that she wanted a family
Nancy:What's all this crying mister
Oscar was crying
Nancy:You're very hot let's check your temperature
Then Oscar went unconscious
Nancy:Charlie go and get your dad
Nancy rung the ambulance
It was going to be 2 mins
Darren:Oscar wake up for daddy
The paramedics arrived and rushed him straight to the hospital
At hospital
Darren:Nancy you didn't need to come
Nancy:Hey did you think I was going to leave you here on your own
Nancy:Your dad and Frankie are watching the pub
Darren:You okay Charlie
Charlie clinging on Nancy
Nancy:Come on Charlie let's get you book from the shop
They arrived back shortly after
Nancy:Any news
Darren:Not yet
The doctors appeared
Doctor:Mr Osborne Oscar just got a chest infection he will be okay overnight
Darren:Thanks
Darren and Nancy hugged then Darren kissed Nancy
