    Once the song finished I covered my arms around myself whilst the room erupted in cheers 
    "Troy" he introduced holding out his hand. I shook his and smiled slightly 
    "Aria"

    "But seriously you have an amazing voice. You're a singer right?" I shook my head as we continued to walk outside to escape the loud noise that was in there 
    "Church choir, once I tried to do a solo and I nearly fainted"
    "Really whys that?"
    "I have stage fright, with all those people looking at me. I just can't do it. Almost fainted, end of solo career"
    "Well with the way you sang tonight that's hard to believe"
    "Well that was the first time I've done something like that. And you made me comfortable up there, so that helped. It was so cool"

    "you sound like you've sung a lot too"
    "yeah sure my showerhead is very impressed with me" I giggled at his joke and the countdown for midnight started and once the time went everyone cheered as the fireworks went off 
    "I should probably go find my mum and wish her a happy new year"
    "Yeah me too, I mean not your mum. My mum, and dad. Uh, I'll call you . I'll call you tomorrow" he put his hand in his pocket and took out his phone and we swapped. He took a photo of me before handing it for me to put my number in and I did the same
