Relaxation River

Small word of warning, this is a hypnosis script intended to put you into trance. So if you don't want that then you don't have to keep reading

It will contain 2 triggers. One that'll bring you deeper into the relaxation, and that will allow only me, you, and anyone you trust to bring you back into this trance.

What you need to do before starting, is sit or lay down in a comfortable position. A position that allows you to relax.

Next,
I want you to read this in a calming way.
A calm and slow voice.
It could be any voice.
It could even be your own.
So long as it sounds relaxing to you.
So long as it massages your brain in just the right way,
Putting your mind at ease and relaxing you.
Now, close your eyes for 15 seconds after reading this sentence and imagine a river, a slow calming river.

Now that you have that picture in your mind,
I want you to imagine yourself stepping into the river.
First your left foot, then the right.
Notice the temperature.
Feel how it isn't to warm but also isn't to cold.
It's just the right temperature for you.
Imagine yourself now going deeper into the river.
Feel the soft current running past your legs.
Feel how it makes you feel all tingly.
Feel how it has relaxed your feet.
As you go deeper it relaxes you more.
Notice your breath slowing to a calm and relaxing rhythm.
I'm going to count down from 10-0.
When I reach 0 you will have gotten to the centre of the river.
And you wont be standing, but floating.
Laying on your back and letting the current slowly pull you along the river.

Taking deep, calming breaths.
As the slow current sends you drifting further down the river,
You notice that one by one your thoughts start to leave your head.
You drift away from them.
Carried away by the river.
Leaving your thoughts behind.
Just mindlessly floating down the river in complete bliss and relaxation,
Without a care in the world.
Within a few seconds your thoughts are already completely gone.
All that's left now is you.
You, this voice, and the calming river.
Floating endlessly.
It must feel so nice to be completely relaxed and without a care in the world.
I'm going to give you a trigger.
Nothing difficult.
Just to bring you deeper into relaxation.
Whenever I tell you to relax when you are in this state of trance,
You will drop 100x deeper into relaxation.
When I tell you to relax, you will drop 100x deeper into relaxation.
So you should just relax.
Relax even more.
Feeling so good.
So relaxed.
Relax even deeper now.
Feeling the best you've ever felt.
All you need to do, is just relax.
Going even deeper into this nice tranced state each time I tell you to relax.
Just relax.
You have no worries, no stress, no thoughts.
Just you, this voice, and the river.
You have nothing to worry about, so just relax.
Deeper and deeper.
Drifting further and further down the river.
All you need to so is to relax.
Thats it.
Just keep relaxing further.
As you drift down the river.
The further down the river the deeper you fall into relaxation.
Just relax and let the river carry you.
Let these words relax you.
All you need to do is relax.
It's just that easy.
So easy to just relax.
Relax and let the river carry you.
That's all that matters right now.
Just relaxing and letting yourself be carried.
Carried calmly by the river.
Not thinking,
Not worrying,
Not caring.
Only drifting,
Only relaxing deeper,
Only breathing deeply.
Enjoying every moment floating in this river.
Needing nothing else right now but to read and relax.
Reading these words and relaxing.
It's such a nice feeling.
However not all good things can last forever.
But before I wake you up I'll give you one more trigger.
One that will allow me, you, or anyone you trust, to bring you back to this relaxing feeling.
So whenever you, I, or anyone you trust says "Float" you will return to this wonderful state of relaxation.
But it will only work if you are in a safe environment and if you consent to it.
Whenever you, I, or anyone you trust says "Float" you will again float on this river of relaxation, but only when you are in a safe place and only if you want it to work.
You will be able to wake yourself up at any point.
Now I will count up from 1-5, and when I reach 5 you will be fully awake and refreshed.

Slowly waking up now in 1.
