I squinted as I frantically read through the comments to see if he said anything but he didn't so I brushed it off and read some more comments, I sat my phone down and started to brush my fingers through my hair while answering some of the questions they were asking me.
"What are you doing this summer" I read one of the questions in a quiet mumble before answering, "I'm going to ATL with my bsf to see her sister" I said nonchalantly after a few minutes of getting bored with the live I eventually ended it and facetimed my bestie so she could help me find some stuff to where while we were down there.
"Hey biiitch" I dragged while looking at the ceiling on her end of the phone, "Hey bestie, what you need?" she asked while picking up her phone and looking at me, "i need some suggestions on what to wear in ATL" she started laughing but stopped when she saw I was serious. "Really Imani?" I nodded confused "girl it doesn't matter you know how to dress yourself, just no long sleeves bc its HOT over there" she said being dramatic and fanning herself "alright well ig i'll just do a little shopping tomorrow so I can have a little more then i'll need" I said laughing to myself "oh yea...I have something to tell you" she said not looking at me, something she does when shes about to say something dumb "oh gosh what is it Destiny" I said throwing my head back out of annoyance "Our flight might have been this friday and i got it mixed up with next friday" Islid my phone homescreen down and checked the date 'this bitch' I thought to myself "DESTINY THAT'S IN TWO DAYS" I stared at her in disbelief "I know I know" she answered "But we can go shopping tomorrow and pack theeen you can stay with me for the night" she added while smiling and looking at me with pleading eyes " alright fine" I answered as i rolled my eyes "ok i'll come getchu around 10 tomorrow and we can start shopping at that time" she said before setting her phone on her stand and putting away hair supplies "ok I'm gonna go to sleep now, call me when your outside" I said yawning "ok bestie" she said before hanging up

Me and Destiny are currently walking around the mall stopping in stores and buying things here and there, right now we were in finish line when i noticed one of the employees were staring her down, I guess she seen too because she made her way over there making me laugh to myself while i tried on some shoes but I didn't really like them so I put them back in the box and started to put them back on the shelf when Destiny skipped over to me making me smile at her as she held up a little piece of paper, ig she got the brown skin with tattoos number.
I huffed as I sat my bags down in Destiny's room before laying face first in her bed letting my body sink into the cushion, I popped my head up and checked the time on my phone after all the shopping we did, we went to my house so I could pack and it took us some time before i was finally done and we got back to her house, it was around 8:55 so I decided to take a shower while Destiny was packing, after my 20 minute shower i was really tired so i decided to lay down and rest until our flight in the morning.
