The battle was at its height and it didn't look like we would survive. As much as this high school wasn't my favorite place to be and many others would agree it was a bit desolating to look at. How your typical high school had turned into a gore-filled battle ground people and zombies fighting to survive I didn't know.
Then he came and brought out the cure that saved us. As its smoke filled the hall we locked eyes, he had saved us all. I rushed into his arms it was over
"I'm here for you" he whispered in my ear
