Doku is a wolf/bear hybrid it has had multiple experiments don on it so it has a quirk and a few mutations including 3 tails multiple eyes.
Quirk: bubbles, while the quirk user sleeps bubbles are produced. When said bubbles are popped a pleasant smell is released and a strong sense of serotonin is released for whoever popped the bubble (quirk inspiration from -n1trvx 's story Azul)
