She brushed her fingers against the metal and saw it crumble right in front of her eyes- and reduce to dust. The red and black spotted heroine walked towards the edge of the roof and her bluebell eyes scanned the area only to see the infamous, grand structure of the Eiffel Tower, uprooted from its spot, and lying horizontally on the ground.

Water.

Ladybug rubbed the palm of her hand against her neck, now feeling dehydrated as her head started to spin. She looked at the water below and she felt dizzy again. Ladybug wheeled around and her eyes wandered around the roof as if waiting for someone to show up. She could feel the soreness of her muscles as if she had just fought someone in a boxing ring. Perspiration gathered on her forehead as a person-clad in a white, skin-tight leather suit appeared right before her eyes. He looked a lot-like Chat Noir, except this time, his suit was completely white-Blanc. Her bluebell eyes remained transfixed on his blue ones.

No. Not Chat-Chat Blanc? Again? What's happening?

"Hello, Bugaboo~", said Chat Blanc, ending his sentence in a kind of teasing manner.

"Don't call me THAT! Only Chat Noir has the right to call me by that name!", the raven-haired girl shouted as the breeze started blowing and the red ribbons, tied around her pigtails danced in the direction of the wind.

The blue-eyed boy clicked his tongue and walked towards Ladybug, who started backing away until her back hit the fence. He stood right in front of her, a few inches from her body, now starting to shake a little and a smirk settled on his face, as he spoke.

"I am Chat Noir, M'lady. Just a refined and a more powerful version of him. You can call me Chat Blanc cause Chat Noir is so long gone. He was weak, too emotional and too fragile to fight this cruel world tha-", he was interrupted mid-way by none other than Ladybug who said, in a more confident voice," Chat Noir is strong, very brave and not fragile. He always kept his calm in the most life-threatening situations and-"

"Did you love him?"

"W-What?", she uttered as her eyes widened.

"See Bugaboo, it all comes back to square one. You don't love me no matter how hard I try to win you over. And nobody does love Chat Noir. He's always sitting, cooked up in his house all alone with no one to care for him", he stated as a matter of factly and Ladybug avoided his gaze.

Suddenly, she felt a pair of hands rest on her shoulders. Ladybug looked into the eyes of the akumatised version of her fun-loving partner and a tear trailed down her cheek. And then, he pushed her and watched her fall off from the edge of the rooftop. Ladybug started panicking as she felt gravity, pulling her down. She reached for her yo-yo that always rested on her hip but her hands found nothing. Ladybug looked back at Chat Blanc and saw him toying with her red and black spotted yo-yo.
