It was another, somewhat normal day. Star was being... well... Star. And you and Marco were arguing again. Star couldn't understand how two people could hate each other so much. Sure you were both her friends but she just didn't get it. I mean, a friend of a friend is a friend, right? Wrong. You and Marco were currently at each others throats over last night's Karate class.

"All I was trying to say is you did weakly last night!" Marco yelled. You growled at him in anger.

"Wow geeze Marco, thanks for pointing that one out. Not like I just got out of a cast or anything." You snapped back. Star sighed, she hated it when you guys argued over little things like this.

"Can't you guys get along for once?~" Star asked, trying to stay on her positive side. You both huffed and crossed your arms.

"As if I'd get along with Mister GoodieTwoShoes." You said, mocking him and his, oh so hated, good rep.

"As if I'd be able to get along with Lil Miss Spazy." He retorted, mocking your oh so disliked muscle spasms. You both gave each other a heated glare before turning away from each other. Star sighed again. She was about to leave you guys to your arguing when and Idea popped into her head.

"I've got it!" She yelled as she jumped up in down wildly.

"I can use the friendship spell!"

You and Marco gave a quick glance at each other before gulping. When it came down too Star, you two could bare each other... for a while.

"N-now Star..." You started.

"We ugh.... don't need to use any magic... uh see...?" Marco continued, slinging an arm around your shoulder in a friendly side hug. Though the action looked true, his face gave it away. His face had a crooked, sloppy smile that you would give a kid who worked hard on making you a mud pie, then leaving it on your lap. You could only guess your face mimicked his as you did the same.

"Y... yeah see? Marco and I are... are good friends!" You laughed awkwardly.

"Yeah... (Y/N) and I were... just ah... having a friendly little squabble..." Marco chuckled out, trying to act normal. Star shook her head.

"I know you guys are just faking it"

You both sighed in relief instantly letting go of each other.

"Ew Ew Ew... Ew...!" You both shouted as you wiped off your clothes. Star smiled as she thought of the spell.

"Happy... Happy..." she started. You and Marco started flailing your arms.

"No Star!"

"Don't do it!"

"Friendship.. sunshine!" She shouted as she fired a golden ray of light and sparkles at you and Marco.
