It's our first day at UA as first years. The entrance exams were pretty hard but I expected no less from UA. I'm super happy to have gotten in though because this has been a dream of mine since I was a little girl, I'm really happy my dream is finally coming true!
I walked into a classroom with a pretty tall door to be honest, and I see a bunch of teens my age who I'm going to be calling my classmates from now until we all graduate. I notice a boy with yellow hair and a little black lightning bolt laughing with a very red headed spiked haired dude. I also notice a navy blue haired dude scolding some blond haired kid about something. Then I notice on the floor behind the teachers desk is a yellow caterpillar looking sleeping bag.
I'm ushered out of my thoughts when I feel a tap on my shoulder, I turn my head to see a pink skinned girl with little horns and black eyes. My first impression of this girl was 'Wow she's pretty' I smile at her, "Hey! I'm Ashido, what's your name?" She asks me with the biggest smile on her face. "Hi! I'm L/n" I say sweetly. "Cute name! Let's be friends you seem nice!" She says dragging me to her desk with a two girls who I found out were named Hagekure, an invisibility quirk, and Uraraka, some sort of no gravity quirk.
We were deep in conversation when the yellow haired boy walks over and was about to say something when the yellow caterpillar unzips to reveal our teacher, "Sit down in your seats" he yells over the class, still seeming to have quite a monotoned voice. I take my seat and I sit next to Ashido! "My name is Mr.Aizawa, I'm going to be your home room teacher for your time here at UA high" He says tiredly. I can't help but think this guy looked familiar, just as I think that a boy with green hair blurts out, "Hey you're eraserhead!!" That's right, the pro hero with the erasing quirks quirk, cool!
He informs us about all the things we will be doing at the school and all the risks of being a hero and blah blah blah, we do this test that could've gotten us expelled, which was a lie, then before we knew it, the first day of school was over.
Just as I finish putting the rest of my things in my bag I hear someone call my name. "L/n!! Come here I have someone for you to meet!" Ashido says from across the classroom. I walk over and see her standing there with the yellow haired boy. "Kaminari, this is my new best friend L/n! L/n, this is my friend Kaminari!" She introduces us and I give him a nice wave and a smile. "L/n, I saw you at training today, and your quirk is so cool!" I feel my face flush pink ever so slightly. "Thank you Kaminari! Yours is to!" I say complimenting him back. "I guess so, but my drawback is pretty stupid, literally." He says with a chuckle rubbing the back of his neck.
"Hey we should walk home together! C'mon!!" Ashido says pulling us with her out the doors of the school. "Ashido slow down!" I say trying not to trip. We make it outside and start walking normally again. "Hey, just call me Mina!" She says with a big smile, as usual. "Ok then, Mina" I say smiling back.
"So Kaminari, is that lightning bolt in your hair natural, or did you dye it?" I was genuinely curious so I thought since we're walking I'll ask. "Nope! This is all me." He says shooting me two thumbs up with a smile. "It's really fitting" I say with a chuckle.
We arrive at Mina's house first. "Bye guys! See you tomorrow!" She waves running into her house. "Bye!!" We wave back and continue walking. "I was trying to introduce myself this morning before class started but I didn't get the chance to because of Mr. Aizawa," he said awkwardly. "I thought you were going to say something. That's ok Mina introduced us!" I say shooting him a quick smile.
We made it to my house next. "Oh! This is my house, bye Kaminari it was really nice meeting you!" I give him a quick little hug and start to walk into my house. "Bye L/n! See you tomorrow!!" He yells to me. I can't help but smile to myself, he really is a charming guy. I'd like to get to know him more.
