ok hi i am back for another
im not really one for authors notes so ill keep it brief
basically i was bored in class one day and doodled a little jack merman in the corner of my paper (put at the top image for anyone who wants to see >_<) and then when my english teacher came over he saw it and asked about it
i told him he was a merman named jack from a story that i was writing and he was basically like "you should name him dan because that rhymes and then he would be dan the merman"
needless to say i thought it was funny and then when i told my friend they were like "omg in your story other mermaids should call jack dan even tho jack tries really hard to tell them that his name is actually jack they still call him dan"
and then me and this friend were hanging out and we were talking about dan and then i had the genius idea to write a sequel to the first one with dan
so ye thats what this is
its basically just an extended shitpost
