"What are you doing here?" I growl. He lets out a deep breath, letting me smell his minty breath. He runs his hands through his dark hair and says, "I couldn't come see my best friend?"
I scoff, "ex best friend." He rolls his eyes, "can't you let go of that? I already apologized Addins."
I cross my arms over my chest, giving him a grimace. "You think a little 'I'm sorry' will cover up all the pain you put me through?" He looks at me with sad eyes. "I'm sorry!" He shouts, his voice cracks and a little part of me wants to hug him, the other part isn't ready to forgive him.
His dark blue eyes are watery and I can tell he's sorry, but what he did really hurt me. "I know" I mumble quietly. "Addins, could we just start over?" He asks. "I'm sorry....I'm just not ready to forgive you." I say.
"Darn!" He shouts. "Aaron....you need to understand. What you did was wrong, it was cruel. You can't expect me to just forgive you." I can see the pain in his eyes now even more.
That's why I just wrap my arms around him and sniffle, "give me some time" I mumble. "Okay" he says peacefully and wraps his arms around me.
