Bio: Being left at an ophrance as a baby Isaac was named from a letter that his real parents left him with. Soon at age 5 he was adopted by Rudy and Mary West taking in the West name and being the older brother of Wally West. As they was growing up they started to love the hero flash but Wally loves him more than Isaac not knowing it was their uncle Barry Allen and one summer the parents sent them to stay with Barry and Iris for the summer. One day when they visit Barry's lab at the police station they was struck by lighten and was doused in the same chemicals that Barry was doused in. After, 4 weeks in the hospital they soon started to have the same powers as the Flash and soon realizes that Barry Allen is the Flash. Soon Barry started training them to become super heroes.
