Out of time

I'm dead.. I've been bitten..' He says (kill him) you drop him and kill the five zeds, you recover a dog, a machete and a rifile and the encounter ends, if you chose to help him your choices are ~equip a sharp weapon and cut his arm off ~kill him (cut his arm off ) with one large motion you swing your weapon down and slices his arm off, you cut off his hood and wrap it around his arm to stop the bleeding, he wakes up after a few hours and Is not running a fever, his name is Marc and he thanks you and says if you let me join you I'll be a loyal friend ~let him join ~leave (let him join) you revive Marc and a dog, and a rifile,Marc is a level 2 survivor and comes with a machete, his description reads, You saved Marc from a zombie bite, he is one hundred percent loyal to you even without his left arm ~kill him, you receive a dog, machete and rifile.
